All we concern upon booking a room is the cleanliness. I give a 👍🏻 to the cleanliness. The host is friendly and reachable within the same hotel. Location wise is perfect as it’s very near to the subway station (Higashiyama Station). There’s a little clear and clean stream nearby too..

客房設施較全，有灶台、微波爐、洗衣機， 浴室乾濕分離，並有乾燥、暖房功能，方便晾衣服 交通、環境也很好

這是第二次入住，第一次是前天。之前不知道好不好衹預訂一天，想續住時已經沒有了，衹好換一家，那家條件稍差點，因為隔得不遠，第三天又搬回來住。喜歡這裏的設施，有獨立廚房有冰箱，還可以展開三個拉桿箱，衞生條件也不錯，隔音很好，滿意

在出遊途中住得最舒服的酒店！ 設施：標註有的廚房、洗衣機、冰箱等全部齊全，並且可以使用！洗衣粉一般被放在洗衣機後方，但如果不夠的話也可以詢問前台進行索取！床鋪很舒適，浴室很好，房間空間也足夠平攤行李箱進行整理。 服務：自助入住非常方便，有需求時前台的態度也很好。當時遇到的前台英語是比較好的。 衞生：衞生很乾凈。 環境：坐落在居民區內，夜晚非常安靜。同時酒店也要求客人在店內保持較為安靜的環境，避免互相打擾。 周邊：距離清水寺、知恩院、八阪神社等主要景點都十分接近，可以步行前往。同時離車站也很近，亦可選擇步行前往市中心位置。（注意一定要跟隨酒店指引，在別的地鐵站下車的話，步行距離會變得很長） 總而言之是非常好的住宿體驗！

工作人員是非常好的 但是床上用品太太太太太差了，全部都是起毛球了而且很不舒服。訂的最貴卻是最不舒服的一家

Our family of four stayed in a Deluxe Double Room - we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well equipped the room was. Two very comfortable, large double beds, full kitchenette and a washing machine. Location was a short walk from Gion with easy access to relevant bus stops to get around Kyoto. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable small hotel, with very good amenities in the room, including a washing machine and cooking facilities. Very well placed for nearby temples and gardens in reasonable walking distance. Close to Gion district for nightlife and shopping.

Really good location in Gion, not much to look at but rooms are new at the time of my visit. High pressure, hot showers, good kitchen facilities, large spacious rooms and really comfortable beds. Close to lots of tourist visiting sites and heaps of authentic Restaraunts and 100m to train line. Would book again.

... mais un hébergement genre AirBNB dans un petit immeuble récemment rénové, avec une employée polyvalente (réception et ménage) qui parle anglais. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et abondamment équipées, avec des modes d'emploi en anglais parfois inadaptés (je n'ai pas réussi à me servir du four à micro-ondes, le mode d'emploi étant celui d'un autre modèle; et j'ai eu du mal à trouver le réseau wifi auquel me connecter, les intitulés et fréquences ayant changé depuis la rédaction du guide). Je n'ai pas essayé d'utiliser la machine à laver. L'insonorisation est limitée mais la rue est calme, proche de nombreux endroits intéressants. En définitive, une possibilité de passer quelques jours à Kyoto sans se ruiner et sans pour autant camper dans un container.
