really good location (can just take bus to Kiyomizu-dera and Kawaramachi-dori shopping area, have 2 train lines nearby - hankyu kyoto line and karasuma subway line, family mart is just across the street) breakfast was okay but quite little choices given the price was slightly higher than my osaka hotel 🙂… but the room was super clean and spacious for two people! highly recommended 👍🏻

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Location is very convenient as well. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel looks brand new, super cleaned and well organized. Breakfast is very good, there is a small but well equipped gym in the basement, and a laundry room. One special mention to the lobby staff, who is amazingly kind and helpful. Opposite side of the entrance there is a Family Mart, and a street with local eateries pretty interesting. Daimaru Dept,Store is at 12 minutes walking. Love this hotel!

Very clean and nice rooms. Water filter bottles in the rooms do not work. Better solution is having a water filtered dispenser machines at each floor and let guests fill up themself. Recommend it.

Great location, the room was clean. Was one of my best stays this trip.

Great service, the manager was extremely accommodating and helpful! We were running late and he arranged a small breakfast for my toddler as we were waiting for our cab. The rooms are so clean and comfortable, their initiative for going green is easy on guests

Everything is good as up to Hilton standard. The worst part is the very low water pressure. I really can’t believe & accept this. A good hotel like this spoil because of the low water pressure. It took me an hour to finish my shower. 😓😓😓
