The room is exactly what you see in the show pic. The room is kind of small but its ok for 4 of us, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need . They even have the hair straighteners for those who want to style hair, that’s the extra point ! This place also provide free luggage storage for those who leave late. The Location is extremely perfect , 3 mins walk to metro and 7 mins walk to Sanjo shopping district and kamo river . Overall is a nice stay for us~ highly recommended!

I hope can cancel the booking becasue of typhoon, but this hotel never hear customer's request. Check-in is very troublesome too, if you want to book please check clearly for the details.

I dont like the part that i have to go check-in another place before I can get in my room at other building

A studio type of hotel in good location near to train station. Walking distance to Gion and Nishiki Market. Very convenience. There are lots of restaurants nearby too. Check-in was done in the office near Kyoto station and super easy. You can storage luggage in the counter and hotel when check-in and out which is a plus. They provide shuttle to te hotel. Overall a very good experience

This is the second time we have stayed here but it has changed a lot since our last visit. It’s a perfect location, excellent facilities (even hair straighteners) and spacious for a family for 4. The laundry and dryers were great as we stayed a week. The only tiny thing that was missing was an iron! Check in at the station is super easy and got the free shuttle to the hotel. The location is so close to the metro and walking distance to all the main areas. I really can’t fault this place at all!

不錯的飯店，廚房也很好使用 最喜歡的是浴室，空間夠而且洗澡也不會冷到 飯店地點也不錯，從京都車站附近的櫃檯到飯店都有免費接駁車很加分

三個人住五人間，綽綽有餘。房間雖小，但五臟俱全。 reception 和酒店在兩個地方，但reception離JR京都站很近，可以先去checkin，有免費shuttle bus送去酒店，也可以有1000yan 的luggage service送行李到房間。這點很方便。 酒店附近有電車、地鐵、公交，很方便。

Расположение очень хорошее. Метро в двух шагах. Рядом много кафешек и магазинов. Рынок Нишики в 10 минутах хотьбы неспешным шагом. Река, вдоль которой приятно гулять, особенно в вечернее время в 5 минутах хотьбы. Сама комната очень мала для семьи из 4х человек ( 2 взрослых и 2 ребёнка). Так же очень не хватало утюга!

爬文後，訂了此飯店，但住宿的感覺蠻差的，不會在選擇入住！要選此飯店的朋友請謹慎考慮。首先，check in地方跟入住不相同（頗有距離，不是隔壁而已喔！搭地鐵大約20分鐘）再來房間的吹風機壞的，再來沙發床也是不堅固的，常常下陷，再來房間內並不是乾淨，衛生紙沒了一開始也沒有補！唯一可以的是離車站不遠，其他有問題要找人幫忙，都沒有辦法！在大阪也是訂類似的住宿，就完全沒有這樣的問題。所以要選擇此飯店的朋友們，請三思～此飯店沒有便宜太多，但麻煩卻很多～

旅店位置好交通方便，房間設施設備非常完備，冰箱微波爐電磁爐熱水壺一應俱全，完全不用擔心熱飯熱茶的問題，一樓有自助洗衣機乾衣機，旅途洗衣也不成問題，細節考慮周到，總之相當不錯。

優點：房間有微波爐、辦入住地方有車送至酒店。 辦理入住跟住的地方不在一起的，請注意！ 缺點：公寓改成的酒店。住幾天是沒人打掃衞生更換毛巾的，樓下街邊講話聲都能聽見。 我下次應該是不會住了。。。

這家酒店除了Checkin的地方比較難找，其它所有方面堪稱完美，是我住過的酒店中，細節考慮最到位的，給我們全家人最大的感受就是，很多問題當你不住在酒店的時候根本想不到，但當你住着的時候，你可能會遇到的問題，他在酒店設計、酒店設施或酒店服務中都幫你想到了，難以置信！酒店圖忘記拍了，找了3張自己拍的風景充數
