This beautifully located spacious apartment is dated and requires some maintenance. The terrace windows can no longer be opened, there is no air conditioning and it is not really clean. The private parking space is pleasant, there are sufficient facilitie

Excellent situation and views, in the advertisement they said that it contained air conditioning but it is not true.
