Great service. Great design. Great view. The room is also comfortable.

Front desk was arrogant. We reached early for check in and was told to wait (which was fine) but when we came back few hours later, it was clear there were rooms but front desk didn't want to give us the rooms as there were inconsistent statements between the staff. We were eventually given room key when we asked the "right" staff that was nicer.

A great hotel with nice showers clean and comfortable bed, excellent services! It is located 20 minutes from the city center by metro so it is a quiet area without many actions.

SERVICE CAN NOT BE BETTER, maybe one of the best I have ever received. Very kind people and qualify staff top of the top. There is no question about it. The most negative thing was the terrace roof, witch is one of the best thing of this hotel was close and when we arrive. It was not fear not to know that before we book this hotel. My expectations were higher from this hotel, Not but, however not the top for this level. There are better hotels. I have better speciation for Marriott hotel.

We had a great stay here. The hotel is absolutely lovely. The rooftop pool and bar are great in the afternoon for a dip and sundowners. We were treated to complementary cava during the stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, but we had a strange situation with a random man entering our room without knocking or announcing himself. He seemed to be in charge of service or maintenance. Housekeeping also didn't clean our room on the first night. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. The close proximity to the metro was also a bonus.

The staff helped us check in was very nice and friendly but on contrary, the staff when check out was a bit cool. Roof-top pool was fantastic though we didn't swim. Breakfast was excellent. Many choices. Though we had breakfast for three days, we still didn't feel boring. About parking, it was convenient. Parking was just in the basement. About cleanliness, it was really disappointed. When first going into the room, every things were white in color and looked clean and comfy. But later we saw disgusting reddish brown dirt and stain on the white curtain and on the toilet door. We also encountered cleanliness problem during breakfast time. At least 3-4 plates in the pile of 'clean' plates had very obvious dirt on them. The hotel should pay special attention to these.

Room was clean and tidy 👍 I am check in about midnight, have 2 receptionist at that time. One guy wearing glasses can’t do my check in properly take time but can’t finish , then will have another tall guy to taking care for me. Breakfast very good and variety. I love avocado, but in last day breakfast not have it very sad. Overall was good, if I have a chance to come back again will choose this hotel.

Good hotel. The only complaint is that it is not too easy to call an Uber or taxi to the cruise terminal - a bit chaotic.

Terrible customer service. Front office staffs are lack of manner and professionalism. It to more 40 min to check me in and another over 30min to give. Me the room key. Also they refuse to add Bonvoy points to ny account as i booked the room via trip.com worst service ever of a Bonvoy hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the facilities are good for the price. However, we experienced some inconvenience as we had booked a twin room, but due to overbooking, we had to stay in a different room for one night.

Amazing hotel and pool! Location not that good if you want to tour around Barcelona

Everything is perfect, definitely will come next time! Though the breakfast may be a bit expensive~

Wonderful architecture and interior design！ nice breakfast and good location. Carpark spaces are nice and spacious!
