Great view and service

This review is in categories: Location, Amenities, and My thoughts. Location: The hotel is definitely well located, the metro (subway) is right outside, there is a shopping mall across the street and a couple restaurants around. To get to central Barcelona it took about 25min by metro. Amenities/Service: The room I got provided the basic of the basics (1 towel and 1 pillow per person). You can get more tru your stay but THERES NO ROOM SERVICE/CLEANING. The front desk was more helpful to other guests (who spoke spanish) than they were to me, just average. My thoughts: I like the hotel. I would definitely stay there again, now that I know how and where it is. I am not sure how the other floors are setup but my bed was so close to the other room (thin walls) that I woke up at 2am because they were watching TV loudly.

Clean room and very friendly staff. Not central but good connections to the center and airport. There’s a direct bus to/from the airport that stops right in front of the building and there’s a train station there as well There’s also a mall opposite the building with restaurants and a big supermarket and there’s a free water dispenser in the lobby downstairs The bathroom has a partly frosted glass door so you can hear pretty much everything going on in there from outside and there’s no table and chair in the room which was inconvenient Overall very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again

clean hotel not far from the city center, very close transportation all the day and different kind of bus and metro easy to access reasonable price

I would day that this hotel is great for those who are visit barcelona for the first times and it also near camp nou stadium and train

Good for this price

The staff are really friendly and having a 24 hour help desk was amazing. However, hotel has very limited amenities and extras must be paid for such as cleaning, food, etc. The location is not the closest to the centre but there are lots of restaurants and shops walking distance; it feels very safe at night. The rooms were clean but there’s no daily cleaning so it’s up to you to keep it clean. The lifts were dirty on the floor because of people’s shoes. Overall, was comfortable for our short stay!

The unique design of the hotel, I like it very much, as soon as I enter the door, there is a friendly reception of the lobby staff, which is exactly what I need. Front desk staff meticulous care, patience and professional explanation of the surrounding attractions and food, hotel rooms are also a lot of free items, mineral water, soda water, a variety of drinks room is spacious, light transmittance is very good, clean, simply refreshing, bed is also very comfortable, the room is central air conditioning, is simply a palace level of enjoyment. Go out to visit also sent a handwritten map, and to help me book the show tickets and cars, the model is very comfortable and enjoy the whole journey, too intimate! Really good, really checked in the left and right guests let people feel that other hotels do not feel very down-to-earth! There's fruit at night. It's so sweet. I'll stay in a hotel like this more often.
