Due to its size, the house is also ideal for birthdays, baptisms, or business seminars ... The large parking lot of the property can accommodate 5 cars. All offering an exceptional view of the sea ! The kitchen offers all the necessary equipment and plenty of storage. The back kitchen has a washer and dryer.
