We had a 4 night stay booked as the first time in La Clusaz, the hotel was excellent in contacting us when I emailed prior to arrival and able to give lots of information which helped to plan a great holiday. We had adjoining rooms as I have found that family rooms are a little on the small size when travelling with teenagers, the room was immaculate on arrival and warm with plenty of extra pillows and blankets available. They had a great choice for continental breakfast but small amounts were left out of some things but it was not problem when you asked for more. The swimming pool was a great additional to relax and stretch aching muscles before bed, we once spent the 15 euro each for the small hot tub, steam room and sauna but once was enough. (very expensive for what it is). The main reason that this is not a 4/5 review was the restuarant, this was clean but such small portions for the price with a limited choice of food, our plan was not to eat there more than once but as we found you need to book for dinner in La Clusaz including take aways. They also would benefit for extra staff serving as there was a long wait for water when requested. I would stay in the hotel again as the staff and rooms were brillant but would avoid the restuarant.

Excellent staff, very courteous and helpful. Very flexible on leaving day to use facilities after check out and storing luggage. Location fairly good, swimming pool very pleasant. La Clusaz is a good spot for a few days skiing. Snowed just before we arrived as well and sunshine during the day ++

Reception and staff generally very helpful food in restaurant excellent! However first night booked a table for 9pm arrived at 9.02pm due to delayed flight and was told kitchen was shut!! Did get food after making an almighty fuss!! Pool very very cold!!! Told on departure it was 29 degrees but that is the temperature of the tropical pool in centre parcs this was certainly not a pool for anything other than hard swimming not for relaxing or playing with your children. Location though is good for skiing and the town.
