La Bastide Gourmande

Antoine and Ilham went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They are a delightful young couple who warmly welcomed us into their hotel, which is very clean and comfortable with all the modern conveniences while retaining Côte d’Azur charm. And the breakfasts are out of this world!

Really warm helpful welcome where we were personally guided through the use of state of the art tech from key, window blinds, to iPad, TV and temperature controls. A young family are clearly putting work into this - a nice new feel in a a traditional setting and all so clean. Oh and we loved the fragrance of the eco hair and body shampoo (forgot to note the make!) and enjoyed an evening swim and a morning jacuzzi too. Just one minor request for next time - to make a spare pillow or two available in the empty wardrobe. Thank you again !

We stayed at La Bastide Gourmande with my wife and two kids for 4 nights. The hotel was veru nice and Antoine and Ilham were amazing, so hospital, friendly and helpful. We will for sure return there, hopefully very soon!

Absolutely stunning hotel with impeccable service… a truly hidden gem! We were excited to discover this incredible place and are enjoying every minute of our stay. The location is perfect - away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet perfectly situated for exploring all the Riviera’s best places. The views are breathtaking but what is even more incredible are its owners, who go out of the way to make everything absolutely perfect. We had been in touch prior to our trip, with amazing communication about every little detail…. with the owners ensuring in advance the place would meet our expectations. The gourmet restaurant is absolutely fantastic and service - something we have rarely experienced! Exceeded all of expectations… thank you for an unforgettable experience.

I stayed at the Bastide Gourmande in May 2024 with my daughter. We received the warmest welcome and had a heartwarming stay. The hotel is located in a small, quiet, lovely town. We took an Uber to Saint-Paul de Vence, a medieval French town about 15 minutes away. I'm so glad we chose this location; it felt like a dream. The hosts made every effort to make our stay comfortable. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel each morning, and it was fresh and delicious. I have traveled the world, but traveling to an unknown destination always feels nicer when you meet lovely people. This hotel has the warmest, kindest hosts. I highly recommend this place. The rooms are exceptionally clean, have air conditioning, nice bathrooms, and are quiet and secure, which makes for a good night's sleep. I do hope to be back one day!
