The Heron Inn and Day Spa

It was a strangest experience, no one greeted and everything was on a written instruction, including departure. We only saw one lady for the breakfast which was basic. Kuerig coffee machine didn’t work well and cups were dirty. The place looks like going out of business-look

Stayed in the only room with the double queen. Room was clean and cozy. Air conditioner and fan kept our room cool. Very quiet. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Don't wait too long or choices are limited. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Massage on site was excellent. Would stay here again. Not within walking distance to the waterfront, but a quick short drive.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed the Heron Inn & Day Spa very much. The experience and environment was relaxed, comfortable and cozy. The lounge area on the main floor had a warm living room feel with a gas fireplace for ambiance; connected to the eating area for breakfast; and a small room with a library of DVDs available for guests to enjoy. The breakfast was solid as it included a small fruit cup, yogurt and warm made to order plate per guest (some cereal if needed as well). Drinks included orange juice, coffee and tea. We both enjoyed the spa treatments as well. I had a very good deep tissue massage with and my girlfriend enjoyed a body scrub and facial. Both of the spa therapists were helpful and listened to communication to make it a great experience. The owners / staff were also welcoming and helpful. Our room, 21 on the 2nd floor was spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace, bathroom w/ heated floor and firm mattress. The one downside for our room was street noise, cars passing by. The location is just 4 - 5 blocks from the main street and shops, so convenient enough to the relaxed and cute town of La Conner.

Lovely bed & breakfast. The bed and room were wonderful and the staff friendly and efficient. The cook served a delicious meal that was truly filling. The Inn was also pet friendly. I recommend this place to anyone except those with disabilities as there is no elevator and a 3 story staircase.

My partner and I went here while our kids were at camp. Over the course of our week we got to know Olin and Alvin and you can tell how much they care about guests having a great experience. Breakfast was excellent and accommodated dietary needs without compromising taste. Massages were fantastic- wish we could have had them every day. We also loved also hanging out in the yard- playing games and having a glass of wine. We only wished there were lights on the patio so we could hang out a bit after sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were awesome and a great night sleep was perfect. Our breakfast was excellent and the staff were charming! They were very supportive of dietary challenges. I look forward to be returning again in the near future.
