Radisson Hotel la Crosse recensioner

Tried to cancel stay because of getting Covid. Trip. Com did nothing but shove it in the hotel’s court. Spoke to the hotel and they said trip.com was the entity that needed to cancel. What a run around. I guess trip.com would have appreciated it more if the whole hotel would have been exposed. Did the responsible thing and stayed home and lost the money. Never will I use trip.com again!
