Golden Donaire Beach

As we have always stayed in salou we went to book salou with tui and as my mum was going with us in a wheelchair we where recommend this hotel as it had a walk in shower and better for my mum. The beach is right on your doorstep BUT is very expensive to get beds alot of people bought there own deck chairs. The beach was absolutely beautiful I did get up one morning to watch the sunrise. Hotel was amazing for entertainment. The goldie club was amazing very kid friendly and my 6 year old ( turned 6 while on holiday) had an absolutely amazing time at the club and entertainment. Only downside which was small was the bar staff few times was very rude to me and if I went up with my partner we got served but when I went up by myself they seemed to ignore me and serve all the Spanish and leave me standing there. Apart from Nathan who was Irish like myself. Also with such an amazing kids club a kids section in the restaurant would have been handy. You could get chicken nuggets on all inclusive but again this wasn't a option for me. It was half board and that was that. Seemed English got all inclusive Irish didn't... cause any Irish I met was ALL half board...... overall this holiday was brilliant. Not much to do in la pineda itself but go to the beach. My partner hates sand lol so was wasted on us. The waterpark is a 10 min walk aquapolis BUT we read reviews that you get weighed before EACH ride ( its true we where talking to a couple who got weighted) sooo unless your on monjorno or meet the weight limits book it. My partner didn't so we didn't bother booking it. La pineda was easy to get about on buses your 10 mins away from everything. Loved this hotel will definitely be back shout out to the goldie club girls isobell and Maria

We are a family of 3 and the room we stayed in was super comfortable (premium family room). Also, the bar staff are super friendly! Jose, Antonio, Magdalena, Danil, Ray, Vadym, Shota and Nathan are actual sweethearts. The Animation Team are also really lovely. Anastasia is very aproachable and always tries her best to brighten up the mood (which works by the way!) and Pablo too! We would like to thank everyone who is working day and night to make the stays enjoyable and secure, and we would definitely recommend everyone to go there! We are going to Golden Donaire Beach in August and are looking forward to it! Also, the sea is amazing. There are a few fish and jellyfish, which is really exotic.

We stayed at the Golden Donaire Beach Hotel Please see the photos I’ve attached to get a better idea of my experience here. This was our second visit to Spain and it was much better than the first time when we stayed in lorrete de mar not far from Donaire The beach is golden!! The sea is warm and inviting,there’s snack bars and sun loungers and beds and massages available 4 poster Beds in the beach are € 50 per day and loungers around €20 although I didn’t rent a lounger but did try the king size which was very comfortable for a days swim and bathing Massage started at €20 for full body which was very relaxing. Our hotel was very nice and night time was peaceful (slept like a log) unlike others I’ve stayed in which were more noisy at night Food was buffet and changed daily from meat to fruit to veg and dessert.Too many items to mention so you’ll have to see for yourself but we were impressed! There’s a lovely spacious balcony on every sea view room and all the other things you’d expect from a decent hotel room There’s a shop 500 yards from the hotel for anything extra that you might require which sells almost everything from souvenirs to drinks,towels,hats and alcohol or confectionery The local town has (La Pineda) has plenty of shops and bars and restaurants to offer If going with kids please try the aquapolis splash park located there where you can live out some thrills with wave machines and slides etc fir around €40 per person Also go into Salou in the evening which is 10 mins away by cab at €20-30 offering plenty of clubs and shops and bars for more adult families Highly recommend the catamaran trips at €45 with free food and drinks provided and sun lounger beds (big ones) 😀 Hotel offers entertainment,sauna,Gym,pool/snooker Arcade machines and tv lounge for those who want to catch up on football etc Nice place to visit
