Hotel Best Terramarina

Excelente, un hotel a pie de playa, muy tranquilo, las habitaciones premiun con cama balinesa en terraza, con cafetera en habitación, comidas restaurante buenísimo, personal muy educado y atentos siempre. Repetiremos seguro.

One of the best holidays we've had! This hotel is lovely, the food is very good with plenty of choice (hot and cold), the show cooking at breakfast, lunch and dinner is a must... especially the burgers! Our room (411) at the front of the hotel had stunning sea views from Tarragona to Cap Salou. Our room was modern, a comfortable large bed, a mini fridge with 3 complimentary drinks on arrival, and a free bottle of water every day, the room had a coffee pod machine, which was nice. The sleep quality is second to none! Throughout the hotel you'll find it spotlessly clean, comfortable, and lovely, friendly staff. The dining room is place to be (lol) excellent food. We were full board and always found something different to eat. You can eat your included meals outside in the 108 restaurant, (part of the hotel) or buy from an a la carte menu there. The area of La Pineda is wonderful with cafes, bars, restaurants and shops... what more could you want?! Not as busy as Salou, but that's what we wanted.... a relaxing holiday, and that's what we got! We WILL be back and fully recommend this as a holiday destination. Go and enjoy it!

To be brief this hotel gave us great holiday experience!!! We are not some of those seasoned tourists, don’t travel often and it was finally our family holiday after a looong time. So we went on this holiday with a little bit of uncertainty about how it would go but we were more than satisfied. Tasty food, modern interior, super comfortable mattresses, cozy hotel rooms, friendly staff and receptionists, coastal line and beaches just right in front of the hotel, three complimentary drinks in a mini fringe in our room when we just arrived, cleaning up every single day!!!, bike rent available but one the best things was breakfasting in the open space area with the sunrise view! I already miisss it!!! There are few nice supermarkets and Gelateria cafe with yummy ice cream near by We would love to come back definitely!

So myself and my partner stayed here for 10 nights. Firstly want to start off with the positives, the staff are incredible, so friendly and attentive, we had an issue with a lost bag, they were on it right away and helped us get it back, couldn’t thank them enough. The hotel is spotless, we upgraded our room and got a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. We did have a few issues though, one being the temperature of the pool, I usually love swimming when I’m on holiday however the pool was absolutely freezing, it would actually burn getting into it, so for that reason I was in once throughout my whole holiday which is unheard of for me. Secondly, we did find that the breakfast was pretty cold most of the time when we went down, even though it was under hot lights. Also, there was only one lift and during busy times it can be pretty slow, especially when you’re on the top floor. Overall, the good does outweigh the bad we had an amazing time, but hope maybe some of this feedback is taken on board to turn that 4/5 to 5/5. We came to Salou for a relaxing family holiday for a few days. We had 2 rooms which were really clean and the hotel is at a fantastic location with the beach located at the hotel. We would like to thank Lydia at the hotel for her warm welcome and she has helped us a lot with recommendations for restaurants. Lydia answered all our queries and was never too busy to help us out. She made our overall experience in Salou enjoyable and we would happily return.

one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in , beautiful decor all round , gorgeous room (we had a superior room with an absolute amazing view!) all staff friendly and helpful and food was fantastic , situated right on the beach it was just perfect would highly recommend
