Good location, very easy walk to the centre of La Rochelle. La Rochelle is a very interesting place to stay, with a lot of character, nice harbour area. The hotel had a very good breakfast, with a nice bar area, good ambience. The hotel is clean and tidy, with friendly staff. Good secure underground car park. Nothing to dislike.

This is a great place to be, cleaned rooms, very pleasant staff , indoor parking and close to downtown where tons of great pubs and restaurants will delight your your taste buds Train station is just one block away, , rooms are sound proof Nothing else to add !,

We overnighted here on the return trip from a holiday. Very nice modern hotel in a good location for walking access to the Old Port and the Gare SNCF and buses to the airport. The staff were very helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked . A good breakfast buffet. I would stay here if I were returning to La Rochelle.

Ideally located for railway staion,the ports with great restaurants and centre for shopping. Very comfortable hotel with great quality beds lovely deep bath, spacious rooms with good coffee, very friendly and obliging staff with nice ambience in the bar.

We have stayed at Le Masq since pretty much the day it opened . Its as good now as the very first time we arrived . Attentive staff , clean crisp rooms and smiles all round . Pretty sure it did meals other than breakfast when we first visited and over time but maybe wrong . The hotel is a credit to all those involved . Wouldn't and haven't stayed anywhere else in LR why would I ! Here's to our next visit which would be No 9 or 10 or maybe more Well done everyone

Staff were really excellent across the board. However arrived and told no air con and could be Dec 24 until fixed. Lifts then broke down with no repair date known. Safes not working, shower screen leaked and plugs in sink did not work. Hotel is at higher end prices in La Rochelle so would do research before committing. Real shame.

Excellent Hotel, the location ideal. The staff Excellent they all made us so welcome, they were friendly, always smiling and extremely helpful. The accommodation very good. The breakfast is the best ever with everything thing you need and more. I would highly recommend and we hope to return next year.
