We were there for Christmas with friends and children. My daughter left a very precious item to her in the room and got upset. It's already April, but for the hotel, it seems like a very difficult task. And apparently, for the postal service too. It's such a shame...

We arrived here for an overnight after a day hiking in Gran Paradiso. The welcome we received from Virginia at reception was nothing short of exceptional, she really is a credit to the hotel , lovely manner, so friendly and helpful. The hotel really is beautiful, it is a boutique style with a good blend of modern and traditional furnishings. All the staff were excellent we had a lovely afternoon enjoying drinks at the pool with dramatic views of the Alps. Also dinner on the outside terrace was a wonderful experience and breakfast was also great. We will definitely be back.

exellent place where to spend some relaxing time, good spa , very good restaurant , and cosy common area . personel most kind and attentive , the overall experience was very good considering value for money , quality of sleep . food and kindness we received .

Absolutely lovely setting near Aosta. New energetic owner who really went out of way to please us. After a full day with our local guide, he prepared a tray for us consisting of fruit cheese bread and wine. Very attentive to our needs. A nice welcome with Prosecco. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Well appointed bathroom. Grounds are beautiful and walkable to small town with nice local food. Restaurant in hotel currently under renovation but should reopen soon. Highly recommend this place for visit to Aosta Valley, Mount Blanc Skyway, or Grand Paradiso National Park.

Having just spent an evening at Relais Mont Blanc, we were a little underwhelmed by the overall experience. With this being a 5 star property one would expect a concierge service upon arrival, with valet parking provided. The rooms were average in terms of quality and comfort. The views however were very nice, as was the Spa experience we had massages booked. Not withstanding that there was not a table in the main restaurant to accommodate us in the evening, the general service of the bistro was let down by lack of staff to the point of which we retired to bed early as the lovely barman was too busy. From a price point of view we feel this was not appropriately reflected.

We got married in La Salle and had our wedding reception at the Relais Mont Blanc Hotel, as well as staying in the hotel for the weekend. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and we had such a wonderful weekend. The bedrooms were very luxurious and the lounge was very cosy especially with the fire on. Tiziana and her team were fabulous, and they made sure that the whole weekend went very smoothly and that we had everything we wanted. Our wedding day was incredible and Tiziana made sure that the whole day went smoothly, her and her team were there to assist us and our guests with anything we wanted. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef is very talented, his meals were exquisite, and very well presented. The whole team were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel as it is pure luxury and the setting is amazing. If you're thinking about getting married here, then please do, you won't regret it! We had the most magical weekend and we made wonderful memories. Thank you to Tiziana and all her staff, I would not hesitate to go back, and will definitely go back again. Tiziana organised the whole wedding for us, and she did a wonderful job!

You get exactly what is advertised. A luxury calm alp experience with beautiful views over Mont Blanc. We stayed in one of the junior suites which was amazing. Good cleaning, wonderful spa, super friendly staff, excellent parking with elevator directly to the rooms. We celebrated New Year’s Eve in the fantastic restaurant La Fenetre with spectacular fireworks ending. If you like skiing the Courmayeur ski system or La Thuile is just 20 minutes away.

Just wonderful. No long review required :-) Perfect location, view, service. It is 15' away from Curma and it is near wonderful wineries and farms (in case you want to shop for food). We enjoyed the dinner there and their SPA is very nice as well. Wonderful staff.
