The Hotel has all the necessary comforts required for a business trip. Free parking on premise. Very nice and friendly staff, nearly everybody speeds English, some even German. WiFi ist stable (to me it’s import). Rooms are spacious with a balcony. Front desk even accepted a parcel for me. The hotels restaurant is really nice. They have dinner special that is really nice. Here again the service is really nice. Additional bonus: the hotel is conveniently located to the ship yard. Walk to city center about 15 min.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel, and I found it was so very comfortable and the staff are so very pleasant, the breakfast was so amazing, we did not have any meals while we were there, as I was visiting a very good friend of mine, but the staff will do anything to make you feel like you belong there and you can not fault the room. We stayed on the ground floor which I requested and was granted my request, The stay was amazing and the weather for the 5 days we were there was not the best, but it did change during the days while were there, nice and small hotel and very comfortable. I would recommend anyone who wants to travel to Italy to stay at this hotel... Amazing staff. My rating 5*

We love it. Our room was very clean and comfortable, it had all what we need. Also It has a balcony very beautiful. The staff always smile and helpful. Great location. We had dinner in their restaurant was the best food of our trip. The waiter made us very happy :) The wine of the house is very good. I higher recommend it.

The hotel was really clean and the staff was very friendly :) Also I loved the breakfast buffet, only downside, was that it was missing vegetables, but other than that, I highly recommend the hotel!

We had a very delightful stay, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. Also the staff was friendly and kind, especially Yonis who helped us to plan our trip to the islands. It was a very nice experience and our family enjoyed it. Thanks

We ended up spending more time on the region than expected so booked last minute. Honestly, disappointed. Place is very tired. Our room had one odd piece of artwork. The wall paper was peeling and the paint was mikes by luggage/furniture moving. The shower was surprisingly large compared to other European hotels we’ve been in but it was shabby with missing grout, caulking. Bed was a large double and very comfy but the linen is old as Well as the window treatments which were falling down. A mini-fried with water for purchase was great especially because we couldn’t get the A/C to work correctly and tossed me turned all night. The main thing that saved this review from Being a 1 or 2 stars was the hostess in the hostess in the breakfast room. Incredibly sweet, charming, and helpful. Pleasant and engaging with all the guests. Made us all Cappucinos and chatted about the ships. Multi-lingual we heard at least Italian, English, and French. A few maintenance touches and inexpensive decorations would really make this a treasure. With convenient location, free parking, and awesome staff.

This hotel, which was before it's transformation a carehouse for elderly people, is a very good location, near the harbour, quiet, with a free car park, with rooms with balcony and all the amenities you need. Even if it looks a bit old fashioned in term of furnitures, you have a very good WiFi, flat screen, hairdryer, fridge, smooth and silent A/C, Clean and comfy room. Breakfast is scrumptious, plenty of choices.....The best part is the staff, friendly, smily, helpful, polite, efficient and full of energy....It's not frequent to have the whole combination for a very affordable price...Thanks again and congrats!!!

Divorato dalle zanzare per tutta la notte, ne avrò ammazzate 10 in tutta la nottata. Qualcun altro ne aveva fatte fuori altrettante, e se lo so potete immaginare la pulizia. Stanza vecchia, arredata in stile anni 80. Per tutta la notte si dorme con le lucine dove inserisci la chiave per attivare il comando delle luci. Hotel comodo per arrivare alle 5 terre, con parcheggio:

Hotel 3 stelle datato . Stanze spartane e arredate con mobili da mercatino del usato. Poco curato nel arredo e materassi duri. Evidenti pecche in molti angoli della camera . Sala colazione piccola e con tavoli o sedie a misure fuori standard. Colazione nella media . Giardino mal curato . Sala accoglienza arredato con un gusto strano. Tutto troppo vecchio

Excelente atención de todo el personal.Nos sentimos como en nuestra casa.La atención de Luca el metre y todo su equipo,más todo el personal de entrada su cordial recibimiento nos hicieron pasar unos hermosos días.Muchas gracias a todos.

Hotel un po' datato ma ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista:centrale,parcheggio,cortesia,stanze ampie vista mare, bagno con idromassaggio iacuzzi,colazione super,arredamento classico di qualità,servizio professionale,pulizia Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ...in viaggio organizzato per le cinque terre. Da consigliare!

freundlicher Empfang, ausreichendes Frühstück und Zimmer war gross, sauber und alles was man benötigt auch im Bad vorhanden. Hotel Parkplätze vorhanden! Klimaanlage im Zimmer und einen kleinen Balkon. Nicht weit weg mit dem Auto für die Stadt

Très bien placé pour visiter les cinq terres. A 30’ à pied du centre ville et de l embarcadère. Les chambres sont propres et très spacieuses . Une mention spéciale pour Julia ses conseils et sa disponibilité. Elle nous a toujours aidé pour nos réservations. Dommage l hôtel est bruyant on entend la route.

Puntualmente me referiré al restaurante, respetuosamente diría que es malo, reservé para las 21;30 hrs y recién fuí atendido a las 22;10 hrs Había un menu selectivo de 5 opciones, pero algunas ya no estaban disponibles, esta misma situación se repitió 2 noches posteriores, con la salvedad los pasajeros éramos muy pocos. La primera vez la pasta no estaba bien preparada y carecía de muchos ingredientes descritos en la carta; eran dos tipos de pasta con cinco alternativas para acompañarlas desgraciadamente la pasta estaba demasiado al dente y las salsas muy pero muy escasas. La segunda noche (estuve un total de siete hospedado) se repitió la misa situación anterior, con lo ocurrido tengo la la impresión que muchos platos que figuran en el menú son absolutas carnadas. En general el hotel está bien, la relación calidad precio es muy buena, el personal de recepción es excelente y muy profesional todos, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.
