Quite confused during arrival. Excellent location few minutes from station.

Spacious room. Very close to train station. Hostess was absolutely marvellous, she suggested I visit Portovenere and it turned out to be a nice trip.

Номера находятся на 0 по европейским меркам этаже, из-за этого очень холодный пол. Вид из окна на внутренний двор-колодец с помойкой - даже не видно, какая погода на улице. Из-за отсутствия солнца и воздуха в номере очень влажно, вещи совершенно не сохнут, из-за холода в ванной влага конденсируется прямо на стенах и на полу и стенах по всей комнате стоит слой воды. Есть окно в ванной, но за несколько дней там ни разу не было сухо. Обогреватели не работали и в сентябре при +22 на улице было холодно. Выбирала по хорошим отзывам о хозяевах, но их вообще не видели за 3 дня. Расположение хорошее, 10 минут до вокзала, но в след.раз однозначно буду искать что-то другое.

房間乾淨整潔，地理位置靠近火車站，比較方便。衹是沒有前台接待，入住時間在11點以後的需要提前聯繫酒店，但聯繫方式不方便，沒有郵箱地址，電話留言沒有英文。Wifi 信號極弱，進入房間就連不上網絡。

I stayed in this B&B four years ago, and at the first available opportunity I returned, I returned because in addition to the welcoming rooms and the obsessive cleanliness, there are two people who manage the B&B (Alessandro and Giovanna) they are very helpful and pay attention to the smallest details,and with their kindness they make you feel at home, even if your home is located 500 kilometers away. I recommend this B&B for all those who are in La Spezia for work or holiday, congratulations

Il nostro soggiorno è durato una sola notte: abbiamo trovato disponibilità, un ambiente pulito e vicinanza dalla stazione. Erano presenti le cialde per il caffè e cioccolata/marmellata da spalmare.Purtroppo mancava l'acqua calda, necessaria per fare una doccia dato che siamo partiti presto. In camera è presente un frigo vuoto ma che abbiamo dovuto spegnere a causa del rumore, anche l'aria condizionata era rumorosa come la ventola del bagno.

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans cet établissement, et notre expérience a été loin d'être satisfaisante. Tout d'abord, il faut souligner que cet établissement n’est pas vraiment un hôtel . Il n'y a pas de réception, ce qui rend l'arrivée dans le logement particulièrement confuse et peu accueillante. Les problèmes ont commencé dès notre installation. La pression d’eau dans la douche était trop faible et la température changeait toute seule. De plus, de fortes odeurs d'égouts se dégageaient de la douche, rendant l'utilisation de la salle de bains extrêmement désagréable. La chambre ne possède pas de double vitrage. Le bruit de la rue était constamment présent, sans parler de l'aspirateur dans le couloir dès 8h du matin qui nous a réveillés chaque jour. Pour couronner le tout, la connexion wifi était quasiment inexistante. En résumé, ce séjour a été une véritable déception. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement qui ne répond pas aux standards d'un hôtel.
