Tronco Bay Inn

We did not stay at this hotel, however we spent one day at the restaurant. This is not so much a review of the restaurant, but of our incredibly wonderful waiter Isaac. We were walking on the beach, with no particular plans or destination, when Isaac from the restaurant approached us. We wanted to first walk, and he shared that he would be waiting for us when we returned. Sure, this is a line used on tourists all the time, but with Isaac it felt genuine and fun. Upon our return, he ensured we had a comfortable table, in the shade. He was very attentive to us and to all details, and such a delight to talk with, making us feel that he so appreciated our sharing of our time to talk English with him. Yes, it is proper for visitors to learn a bit of Spanish, but it is equally delightful when service staff can speak a bit of English, and Isaac’s English speaking was wonderful. We left the restaurant feeling that both us and Isaac had a nice engaging afternoon. So if you go to Tronco Bay Inn for a meal, make sure to ask for Isaac!

Mi familia tiene más de quince años vacacionando en Tronco Bay Inn. De hecho cada año rentamos los doce bungalows para nuestra Reunión Familiar. Regresamos no sólo por las deliciosas comidas y calidez de atención de su personal, sino porque cada vez el lugar es mejor. Los dueños invierten constantemente en sus instalaciones, mejorando la calidad del lugar y sus servicios. El sistema de Semi-Todo incluido nos ha resultado muy cómodo para planear el presupuesto de nuestra reunión familiar. La playa es muy bonita y se disfruta mucho caminar a lo largo de la costa con su fina arena.

Es un lugar muy limpio, tranquilo para relajarse al frente de la playa. Las cabañas son cómodas y las que tienen vista a la playa están increíbles La atención es muy buena De mis lugares preferidos para ir de vacaciones, ya he ido varios años y varias veces Tronco bay excelente
