Paid our room (late check in @10pm), went in stayed 30minutes and room still stuffy and hot even though AC is on. Called reception, the humble gentleman that was there moved us to another room. Went in, gave it another 45mins however still same problem with the AC. Since we were tired we asked for a refund for we have called grand eastern hotel already. The humble receptionist (male) called his supervisor (Arti) again and he was told that they don't do refund and they can continue moving us from room to room. It is an inconvenience to us and since my husband & I were tired already we refused to be moved to another room. They refused to give our refund so we had to leave for grand eastern (recommended). To you Arti, try having the courtesy to talk to your staffs politely and act professional and know how to deal with problems. Don't just shove it to your staffs to deal with it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NORTHPOLE HOTEL (OPPOSITE SAINT MARY'S SCHOOL).
