TA’AKTANA, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Labuan Bajo

房間面積很大，服務超級好，我們2間房，帶了3個小朋友，都免了早餐費用。得知我們很早要去潛水，給我們準備了豐盛外帶的早餐。酒店就可以浮潛看小魚，劃漿板。各種設施也都齊全，有中餐廳，日本餐廳等，餐廳味道也比較符合國人口味。

Это уникальный отель . Он очень красивый и новый и каждая деталь подчеркивает- показывает качество и люкс. Очень хороший сервиз- мы чувствовали себя звездами просто 🤣 ( еще когда вышли из самолета, нас встретили около входа в самолет - забрали наши чемоданы и проводили до выхода, где нас встречали 🙈один момент- мы не связывались с отелем, что бы сообщить наш рейс, просто увидели девушку с табличкой и сообщили , что мы тоже с этого отеля). Прекрасные рестораны и качество еды, а так же обслуживание. Но есть один момент, что там рядом есть стройка. Мало того, нас поселили в комнату с видом на стройку 🙃, имейте в виду, когда бронируете комнату с видом на сад). Плюс сам отель тоже достраивается еще. Мы сделали апгрейд до виллы и это просто что- то необычайное- вилла супер удобная, современная и красивая. У нас был свой Батлер по имени Lalu , который делал для нас всё, что мы просили. Трансфер в отеле был бесплатным

The resort definitely beat my expectations. I thought the location close to the airport was a plus as commuting distance was very short. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating, maybe some of the best we have encountered recently. The villa we stayed in was brand new and very spacious, would rate that part of the accommodation 10/10. The hotel itself had amazing design, local touches and ambiance. The gym facilities are great and there are many included activities each day which is a nice touch. I would give this resort a little time before booking as not everything is ready and still some construction around on their property and the surrounding properties, probably until summertime. Island hopping is very easy as you can book your own tour to pick you up at the dock connected to the hotel The food was excellent and would like to point out great service once again. Each night we had a reservation, the staff went above and beyond on personalized touches, additional dishes and quick service. Please send our thanks to Dwi for all of her assistance during our time at Taba. The spa was not ready yet so they moved our couples massage to our room, which was not a problem. The massage was fine, but I think the overall experience did not come close to value on the price charged right now. Perhaps that would change when the spa facilities are open. Of note, the massage table brought to the room was very small and uncomfortable if you are a bigger individual Would suggest they take a look at a little refinement on their coffee offerings as they were a bit weak in flavor. Additionally include a more detailed map of the property as there are many buildings and pathways to traverse. These would definitely take the resort to the next level Overall we will definitely be back to this resort in the future, especially to see all the area has to offer

What a wonderful place!! Impeccable service! Hendrick was extremely helpful and friendly and so was all the other staff. Andi made us wonderful meals we enjoyed very much! I would highly recommend staying in this paradise. I would say it was 10/10

Our recent six-night stay with our young family (boys aged 2 & 4) was nothing short of extraordinary, setting new standards for luxury hospitality. The excellence began before we even entered the terminal, with staff greeting us at the jetway of our arriving flight from Bali – a level of service rarely seen even at the world's most prestigious properties. We were swiftly escorted to an air-conditioned van while they handled all our belongings, setting the tone for the impeccable service that would define our entire stay. The Property and Accommodations: The resort's stunning beauty surpasses what photos and videos can capture. We were graciously upgraded to a one-bedroom villa, where our dedicated butler, Noni, conducted our check-in with seamless efficiency. Despite visiting during the January monsoon season, we were blessed with excellent weather, though the attentive staff had indoor activities prepared just in case. Dining Excellence: The breakfast service at TA'AKTANA rivals the finest I've experienced at Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, and Aman properties worldwide. Special recognition goes to Desy, Julio, and Chef Andi at Leros restaurant for their exceptional attention to detail, particularly in accommodating my youngest son's dairy and egg allergies. The Pool Bar and Coffee Roaster experience, enhanced by the outstanding service from Wahyu and Welem, elevated our poolside relaxation to new heights. Outstanding Kid's Club: The Kid's Club staff, especially Ima, Tri, and Astri, provided our boys with an unforgettable vacation experience, treating them with genuine care and creating engaging activities that kept them thoroughly entertained. Exceptional Service During Unexpected Circumstances: When my wife fell ill during our stay, the staff's response demonstrated their true commitment to guest care. Our butler Noni coordinated in-room dining, arranged a visit with the on-site doctor (a remarkable amenity), and personally delivered medicine to our villa. This level of attentive care truly sets TA'AKTANA apart. Personal Touches: What struck me most was how the entire staff knew our family members by name, especially our young boys. The property's quieter period following the holiday season allowed for extraordinarily personalized attention from every staff member we encountered. The Resort Experience: Inspired by the spider web-shaped Lingko rice terraces of Flores, TA'AKTANA seamlessly blends luxury with local heritage. The Olympic-sized swimming pool, thoughtfully designed Kids Club, and breathtaking sunset views from the overwater bar create a perfect balance of relaxation and activity. Final Verdict: TA'AKTANA has masterfully created what I can only describe as a "White Lotus experience without the drama!"
