Sylvia Hotel & Resort Komodo recensioner

The hotel is dated but that in itself isn’t such a problem. The setting is nice , garden and pool is pretty. The beach is cleaner than Bali but still plenty of rubbish. The rooms are large and bed is comfortable. I booked for 4 nights but stayed only one as the air conditioning was insufficient to cool the room to a sleeping temperature. Staff were great and as helpful as they could be but the air conditioning needs replacing asap.

With a private beach resort, quite n nice, good service from front staffs and restaurants waiters, all are helpful, walking journey to bukit Sylvia for sunrise and sunset viewing

Strategically located with a view, private beach and multiple pools. Resort nestled in its own mount Sylvia gave us option to either hike 15min for sunset view or enjoy sunset dinner by the beach restaurant with a good menu. Love the docking platform floating by the beach.

Great servis great stay Just abit far from town and theres no shop nearest to the hotel Need to drive / ride down the hill around 15 minutes to find nearest shop Other than that all is perfect Thank you

Overall a nice place to stay. Comfy beds and linen with clean rooms. Quiet bay nice beach front a bit out of town. Staff and service was very good. Negatives / Improvements: Rooms: No bedside lamp or power points near bed. I had to ask for an extension lead and this was only 1.5m long and had to be laid across the floor.  When using the balcony to relax you need to prop the door from closing or get locked out and removing E-Key the power goes off almost instantly. Cannot turn off interior lights from the bedside and cannot turn off the outside light at all. Hot water is not hot. Restaurant: Large selection of indonesian style food for breakfast but no eggs unless you ask. Cereal, fruit and danish pastries are average. No barista style coffee. Tiny cups.

Beautiful resort, they have their own beach, swimming pool, kayaks for rent etc etc. very charming though could be improved in some areas

Really nice hotel, with an amazing view. Friendly staff & helpfull and. smiling. the rooms are clean and the breakfast is correct. The cons : - there is no really hot water in the shower ( if its raining outside its not really nice to shower with cold water). -The wifi is so/so. -The location is beautiful however a little bit far, if you want to travel you either need to rent a bike or a car since there are no public transportation. overall for the price, its a really good hotel to stay.

Location a bit further from town but with private beach. Directly facing the beach. Restaurant and swimming pool over looking at the beach. Friendly staffs. Spacious and clean room.

I had a wonderful experience. Although the location is a bit far from Komodo Town, it is perfect for those seeking tranquility. The hotel is situated next to a beautiful beach, providing a serene and picturesque setting. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Everything is so good , but we have no safe in our room ,, no hairdryer either. And we called up to borrow hairdryer , they said to wait for a momment...3 days later...never arrived:)

I love everything about Sylvia hotel , From the staff to the ocean view room and the rooms are way too clean.

the visit in the hotel was okay. bit sad that the hotelmanagement not reallyi teresti g to offer an affordable yervice for repair of damaged or dirty things.

The hotel is nice located by the beach, the rooms are clean but if you stay in the apartments you can hear all your neighbors, so take the earplugs.

quite good location, comfortable place to rest and good service. Hope to return to this hotel again for the next trip
