This has been an absolute beautiful time. The Island is just the perfect paradise! We also went diving to the komodo nationalpark, where they picked us up right at the island. One of the few treasures that are left around this area. Friendliest stuff, good Food, Movie Nights as well as bonfire

Not much to tell about this place. Everything is just excellent. The tent, the food, the ambience are just perfect. A place to go if you want to get out of all the crazy things in life. Just go there and do nothing. Enjoy the silence, go lazy-ing the whole day, make new friends from all over the world.

What a pity that such an amazing place has such poor service. The staff is wonderful, but management is only busy with trying to squeeze every rupee possible out of you and does so in such an unpleasant way. There's no reason to charge so much money to bring your hotel guests with the boat to the Island and there's no reason to haggle over everything. Dear management - up your game, listen to your customers (no need to talk back - just listen and acknowledge), and you'll have a stream of satisfied repeat customers to this heaven of a place.

My day is screwed up by unprofessionalism. Booked a day trip for my birthday through the whatsapp. The front office girl told me to pay my booking on the "meeting point", and I should be at the meeting point at 9:30, and they didnt let me know where should be the meeting point. As I am living in Bajo, and had stayed in their island twice before, so I kind of know what they called as meeting point, which is the boat. Arrived at the boat at 9:30, there were only the boat crew. I asked one of them at what time they will depart (I did asked because the last time I spent a night in their island on May '22, I came at 9:30 and they made us to wait more than an hour to depart) ...The guy told me that the boat will leave at 10:00! I went to buy something believing that they will depart at 10:00. Cameback before 10:00 and I saw the boat leaving. I called the number that I made the booking with, sent the messages and they just told me "you were not at the meeting point at 9:30". Went to their office, and the front office girl didn't even say a word, not even sorry. It was her who received the booking. She used to be on the boat to check that all the customers onboard already. I was a bit upset and one of them was going to use the argument "the booking hasn't paid yet", while the front office girl told us to pay at the departure day. The manager of this place who is the wife of the owner is also UNFRIENDLY, I saw her sour face on May '22 in the island, working unhappily, never said hello or replying any smile of customures, creating awkward vibes. I had better experience staying on the island on April '22 without her tho.

Could have been perfect if we didn’t get any issue with the pre-booking. There’s indeed a real problem with the communication and information given. We first came few days before the D-Day to get information regarding the day trip. They gave us the price, the program and informed us that we just have to book the day before the departure through WhatsApp. - So far so good. That’s what we did. The day before, we messaged them via WhatsApp in order to know about the availability but we didn’t get any response during the day. We then decided to go directly at the office but this latter was already closed despite a closing time at 08:00pm. - We arrived at 07:50… Staff inside didn’t really pay attention to us and finally told us to come directly to the office the D-Day for the day trip. No need to pre-book the day before… - Another story. Another wasting time. D-Day, at 08:00am, we received an answer from our yesterday’s message, confirming about the availabilities on the boat. We came as asked at 09:00 to book our day trip. But price has suddenly increased in two days, and they needed a booking confirmation so we can go. A thing we didn’t have cause it was not necessary since now. This part should really be improved by the team cause we’re really close to not doing anything because of this terrible communication and organization. Otherwise, the cruise to reach Pirate Island was really nice. The island itself is absolutely amazing. And so was the staff over there! Lunch was divine and snorkeling around this tiny secret island was beautiful. We had a wonderful day and would have loved staying for the night! :)
