The Community POC office requires guests to be registered. The form will be sent after the booking is confirmed. 2. Parking for 5 cars. 3. Registration includes access to the Trash Compactor. 4. Renters have to buy access passes for amenities. They can be purchased at the POC office for $10/per day/per person. Amenity passes may not be available on certain dates, or due to weather conditions. You will have access to the entire house except the garage. 5 cars parking space on the driveway. You will have access to all community amenities and must show a guest pass to access them. Access is restricted on some major holidays. Rest of the days, There is an $10** per person, per day fee for access to community amenities. **Kindly note, the amenities may close due to inclement weather. The charges for amenities are governed by the management office and may change. Amenities include - Olympic size swimming pools (Has slides, kiddie pool).
