Extra Deep Cleaning Option We provide high-quality cleaning (2 staff for 4 hours) as standard. For guests preferring “deep cleaning,” we offer it for an additional $300 (please request at least 3 days in advance). Trash & Check-Out Trash removal is pre-paid, but guests must remove trash before departure. May leave One 13-gallon bag limit for cleaning crew; $5/bag for extra trash removal. Place overnight trash in the garage to avoid wildlife. Check-out is by 10:00 AM to prepare for the next guests. Waterfront Location: The property sits directly on the lakefront with an extended dock for fishing, boating, and swimming.
