The inside of condo was nice with nice view of the lake. I didn’t meet the host but he kept me informed on how to access the place. I was very happy with my stay.

Perfect Lakeside Getaway at 740 Weirs Blvd
I recently stayed at the one-bedroom studio located at 740 Weirs Blvd in Laconia, NH, and had a wonderful experience. The studio was incredibly clean and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
One of the highlights of this rental was the screened-in porch, which provided a stunning view of Lake Winnipesaukee. It was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee or unwind in the evening, all while taking in the beauty of the lake.
The location is ideal, offering both tranquility and proximity to local attractions. Whether you're looking to relax by the water or explore the surrounding area, this rental is a fantastic choice.

Perfect getaway
The condo was easy to find, clean , cozy with gorgeous view and a comfortable bed. Absolutely loved morning coffee on the screened in porch. Highly recommend !

Beautiful view
Nice studio with a beautiful view of Paugus Bay. I loved the screened in balcony overlooking the water. Weather was rainy during our stay so we did not get a chance to enjoy their sandy beach. Unit is located on second floor so you do need to climb stairs. 2 assigned parking spots. It does have a small kitchen area. That was hard to see in their pictures. Close to Weirs beach. Nice little getaway..
