酒店整體非常氣派，前台的環境非常好。房間內環境一般整體家居裝修偏舊。空調噪音很大，洗澡熱水時間很短，Wi-Fi信號不錯。

1.前台服務:極差，非常傲慢，對中國人不友好； 2.房間很舊，無拖鞋，牙刷等用品無，標間的浴巾衹有一條，洗臉毛巾沒有，地巾比腳板大不了多少； 3.早餐:極差且品種極少（4個菜）且都是西餐。 強烈不建議定這種酒店！

網上美金的房價，酒店不用官方兑換率轉為奈拉，貴了將近30% 所以網上的房價不可信

華人酒店，外觀大氣，早餐廳可以觀景，房間內設施很簡單。

房間挺大，定的大床房給我換成雙床房了

Rubbish hotel i have ever been, from getting out of the car to the front desk, useless staff not welcoming. Front desk rubbish, the receptionist with name tag Afam, the guy was too rude and arrogant. I came out of the lift to 11th floor and trip bags of rubbish dumped by the lift late evening. My room was dirty and left the way the last guest left with full bin, bed not made water on the floor in the bathroom. When we complained at the reception desk. I was told I was lying. I had to stand my ground before he agreed for my bed to be clean. The hotel should be 2 star not 5.

This hotel is rubbish. The service is absolutely hopeless. The staff don't care. No manners. They are all about money and have no interest in ensuring that the customer is comfortable. We made it clear we do not want rooms with cigarette smoke smell. They took us to 3 rooms that were not smoke free. My son and I are allergic to smoke. When we kept complaining, they made it seem like we were fussy customers. The food was crap. We ordered fried chicken. It was so dry and rubbery and tasteless. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. You can hear what's going on next door. Late at night we could hear their conversation. I checked out the next day cos I could not stand the thought of being in that space another day. Horrible experience.

I had a wonderful time with my friends. Cool environment with a lot of foreigner. I didn't believe it that foreigners have a specific location in my Country that looks like Las Vegas in Lagos Nigeria.
