The house was fully renovated top to bottom in late 2019! All the rooms were updated! Right across the street from a private GATED sugar sandy beach. Easy getting back and forth to the house. Gate access preserves the beach for residents of the neighborhood. It’s never crowded.The house has a spacious grassy lawn surrounded by tall palm trees, perfect for volleyball, lawn games, or lounging, especially nice for watching the sunsets over the Gulf. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys you are free to use. We just ask you bring everything back from the beach at the end of the day. The one story house provides easy access, wheelchair friendly. It has a Primary Suite, 2 large bedrooms that sleep 6 each, and a private guest suite for 3 more with a private bathroom.
