Hotel One, Mall Road, enjoys a prime location, with major attractions in Lahore just a short distance away. Its ambiance is warm and inviting, making it feel more like a home than a typical concrete hotel. The building itself has a pleasing aesthetic, resembling a well-designed guesthouse rather than a commercial plaza. From the security guards to the front desk and service staff, everyone was polite, well-trained, and professional, ensuring a welcoming experience. My room was well-maintained, offering a spacious interior with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The ambiance of the room added to the overall pleasant experience. The breakfast menu was good, though adding more variety would enhance the options for guests. However, the serving staff was attentive and provided excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel One for its central location, cozy ambiance, and exceptional hospitality.

Great Experience with Hotel One. Good Facilities. The reception team is nothing short of amazing! Their warm and welcoming attitude made us feel at home from the very first moment. They were incredibly organized, ensuring a smooth and quick check-in process, even during a busy period. The team was always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any needs, no matter how big or small. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly stood out. Thanks to their efforts, our stay was comfortable, stress-free, and thoroughly enjoyable. My partner and I spent Valentine's Day at Hotel One The Mall, and it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel's ambiance was romantic and cozy, with beautiful decorations and soft lighting. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, from the complimentary chocolates and flowers We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and the service was from SANIYA top-notch she gives us extraordinary services the way she great to us and till last step she give us great services for we give 10 stars

The check in journey to the check out journey was amazing. Saniya Qamer was very helpful. The staff had lot of gender diversity which was quite appreciated. They took care of my comfort. They served coffee on arrival. The hotel was safe space for single women.

My Stay at hotel one was amazing, the ambience and services was fantastic and perfect. Room service staff along with other staff like reception behaviour was very good and cooperative. Food was also good but having a bit margin of improvement. Regards.

Very nice services, clean and neat, and the staff is very accommodating. Will definitely be visiting again. The check-in check out process is also smooth, it is a safe space for families, close to Gulberg so every nice restaurant is nearby by drive.

The room cleaning staff is outstanding, particularly Miss Roqaya. The reception staff, including Miss Saniya Qamar, were very polite. However, the gym fell short of expectations, and the food was not fresh. Although the food distribution staff was good, the food quality was disappointingly low. Considering the high room rent, which is comparable to other hotels in this category, I was expecting more. Nevertheless, I would give them 5 stars solely due to the exceptional behavior of the staff. I hope they will focus on improving the food quality and gym facilities. Best wishes to them.
