Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a 12x20 screen porch, patio with a gas grill, and sleeps 6. It sits on a private one acre lot across from the Pines Golf Course, and is fully equipped with all the essentials. The space Start your day at the home (described during licensing as "like-new condition") with coffee on the front porch watching the deer stroll through the area. Enjoy your day at neighboring golf courses (Lake Arrowhead and/or Sand Valley Resort), hiking, biking, or relaxing at Lake Arrowhead. You are footsteps from the Lake Arrowhead Clubhouse and pool! Continue your day with a trip to a local shop, bakery, meat market, or have some fun at Papa Bear's Mini-golf. Time for lunch or dinner? There are plenty of restaurants in the area where you can dine-in or carry-out. End your day watching the sunset, then roasting marshmallows over the fire in the backyard. Toilet paper is also provided. Security cameras are present on the property ONLY showing a view of the driveway and front yard/road.
