Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs® Resort Area recensioner

I basically booked for the location- being a woman solo traveller this is one of the only non Disney hotels that Mears connect airport buses serves (didn't want to get a taxi when my flight arrived in Orlando at 11pm by myself). The other perk is you get is early admission into the Disney parks for your say. Baring in mind I only stayed 2 nights, I'm not sure that the equivalent of £60! Resort fee I had to pay extra was worth it. The hotel was clean, motel style, akin to any other hotel in Orlando really. Arriving at midnight, I wanted to book the free Disney shuttle for the same day (which you can only do when you arrive) but it had sold out for the time that would get me to Hollywood studios for in time for early entry next morning! Luckily I managed to get on this without a booking. Overall the hotel is nice- but not worth it for a short stay not using the pool, unless youre a solo traveller worried about safety.

The location is good as it is walkable distance to Disney Spring and they do provide shuttle to the Disney theme parks. There’s no electric kettle to boil hot water. And there’s no slipper in the room. The air conditioner system quite noisy. If your room is opposite the car park (Sunrise Tower), it will be quite noisy.

Clean room and friendly staff. Location very good especially when heading to Disney Spring. Overall great experience. Hopefully we get to come back.

Nice clean hotel. Very disappointed in our bookings. Rooms were supposed to have two queen beds with a sleeper sofa. When we got to the hotel, we were informed they didn’t have that style of room even though our booking documents iindicated they did and that was what we booked.

Shuttle service was extremely helpful to get to the parks, and room was great for the price.

We pulled up to check in and were greeted by the valet guys. They were very helpful with directions to self parking the cars. Check in was a breeze, rooms were clean and well sanitized. No problems the entire weekend at hotel. Walking distance to Disney springs felt very safe the entire time. Will definitely be coming back soon.

My experience was extremely horrible. Waiting 1 1/2 hours until 4:00 check-in. I booked the room ahead of time in trip.com The first room was located at the far end of the facility, unacceptable during non busy times and days. I asked for a room in the main building so not to have to exit the building for access to the room. The manager asked for a $30 per day upcharge that was no problem. I went to the room through terrible smelly corridors and when in the room - just as smelly, the bed headboard was damaged and the bathtub was dirty and chipped (see photos). I was very surprised since this was a $230. Per night room. I went back to the lobby to change rooms again and the second room was just as smelly and dirty as the last. Needless to say I checked out without staying. The staff was very indifferent and really were not surprised nor overly apologetic. My wife and I booked a room at the Hilton and were very pleased. I see a $157 charge on my credit card which I will be disputing. The Wyndham hotels are generally a high quality stay however, this hotel clearly is mismanaged. This review is written by a prior hospitality professor from NYU I hope this experience description will reach the proper management so corrections can be made and personnel can be properly trained.

Good location for Disney world, but Bathroom was dirty. Not too expensive, but not reasonable price

酒店有提供免費shuttle 來回各樂園，但一小時一班，酒店staff 好友善，會主動幫忙影相，仲送了張免費餐食供我在樂園享用，行去隔離既Disney Springs 好快，5分鐘路程，酒店內有夾公仔，遊戲機，真係唔出酒店都好多野玩

ディズニー提携ホテルの中では最安だったため予約。アーリーパークエントリーはあるがシャトルバスは開園1時間前からのはずだったためLyftで早朝に入園しました。 タオル、シーツは綺麗で部屋も広くユニットパスでしたが余裕がある作りでした。 懸念点としては ・部屋のドアの建て付けが悪く鍵が開いてても最初の引っ掛かりが重い（ドアのペイント塗りすぎ） ・ペットボトルの水、歯ブラシは部屋にない ・20分ぐらいごとに起動する換気扇がうるさい ・部屋の壁が薄く隣の部屋の音や駐車場で鳴っている盗難防止アラームの音が聞こえる ・目覚まし時計のアラームがセットされたままになっており6:00にアラームで起こされた ・チェックアウト当日なのにルームクリーニングが9:00ぐらいと11:00ぐらいに来て起こされた（Do not disturb しとけば良かった） ・アーリーパークエントリーをアプリで登録に必要な番号がネット予約からでは発行できずカウンターに行く必要があった（trip .comだったからかも知れない） ・チェックイン前の荷物預かりで10分ぐらいたらい回しにされ、荷物受け取りでもたらい回しにされた ・シャワーは固定式でちょっと不便だった

ディズニーまでの無料のバスが出ており、便利です。フロントの方々は親切です。まだ朝晩は寒いですが、夏にくると、ホテルの開放感のある屋外プールを利用すると、ディズニーのテーマパーク巡りだけではなく、プールまで利用できて、バカンス度が増しますね。
