OMG where do I start. Definitely the worst FLEA BAG motel we have ever stayed at. When booking (judging by the pics) we thought we were getting a quaint adirondack style room. NOT. It was dingy, dark and extremely small. The bathroom/shower was smaller than that on a cruise ship. You had to run the water in the bathroom for 15 minutes before you got any hot water(on management's advice). The water went from scalding hot to ice cold-there was no in between. The clock, lamp and AC were all plugged into a power bar which was temperamental-as long as you jiggled it just so the AC came on. The curtains were paper thin so the lights from the pool area shone right into the room all night. Oh and the best part was the GIGANTIC (no exaggeration) wolf spider that paid us a visit in the middle of the night in the bathroom. We were originally booked for 3 nights, and when we requested a rebate for the 3rd night as we wanted to leave, we were told no rebates. We left anyway.

We stayed in one of the newly remodeled Adirondack style suites, it was gorgeous, comfortable and the furniture, coffee pot, etc were all high quality. You did NOT feel like you were staying in a cheezy motel. I highly recommend this motel.

We went to Lake Haven Lodge & Suites from July 13th to July 16th, we really had a lovrely stay . We booked the new beautiful renovated 2 bedroom king suite, It was wonderful, We had everything we needed in the suite to make our vacation to be remembered. We slept so comfortably and not hearing any noise, The staff is wonderful and make sure we got everything and ensure the suite so clean, We enjoyed everyday the pool. We were able to do groceries at Price Choppers , so close by and we used the barbecue that was very handy especially the night there was the storm and we lack electricity all in Lake George but it came back more rapidly than we expect so we can enjoy every moment. The lodge is so close to everything and we walk to beautiful Sheppard park and also to Million beach. We enjoyed our cruise on the Minnie Haha with all the information and history of the Lac Saint Sacrement. We swam in the cristalline water of beautiful lake. We hiked at The Pinnacle, Bradley Look out , Bolton Landing and we saw marvelous views of LaKe Georges, Thank you you for making our visit to Lake Georges memorable and blessed as my parents did their honeymoon there 65 years ago.

I visited this property with my wife, kids and dog. Since it was a pet friendly motel they were very accommodating, polite and friendly even to the animals. I respect them for that. If you want to take your animal on vacation with you please book this property

This motel is located close to restaurants and entertainment. Not to mention that park is just a short walking distance from this property.I really had memorable time here and will definitely visit again

Lake haven staff is the best. Friendly and they treat you like family We have stayed there every year since 2017 and if it wasn’t for covid would have been 6 years in a row. Can’t wait for the renovations to be completed and be back next year!! We love the location, walking distance to the Village.
