Great location for New Year’s Eve and Day. The townhouse was very clean, and the staff were so accommodating! We had much fun at the Frostbite cruise, then enjoyed dinner at The Barrel. The quiet grounds during nights and mornings were greatly appreciated. We plan to make this a yearly tradition.

The suites were very accommodating, clean and had spectacular views of the lake. The balcanies had seating for all and were easily accessed. We were there for a wedding which was top notch! The staff was very friendly, efficient and made sure our stay was fantastic!

This place is amazing! The check in was so quick and the girl behind the counter was so welcoming. Extremely clean, beautiful villa right on the lake and the vila itself is so cute! You can hear the waves lapping the shore from almost every room. And that giant rain shower head.. come on! We went for our 19th wedding anniversary, and we found our dream romantic vacation spot.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, private, updated and very family oriented. Beautiful view of Lake George from inside and out. Large 2 br 2 bth updated but rustic cabin with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The grounds are prestine workers are constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. If you need anything additional I.e towels, toilet paper, paper towels you just ask and they bring it right to your door. There is no daily house keeping, they give you your privacy and space to enjoy your days with your family. If you need something, you just have to ask, which I actually prefer. Kayaks are free, fishing on the dock with the kids was fun. Kids loved the pool and the slide. Beach was clean and water was warm. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year for our yearly trip to the lake. We loved the updates, but we also loved the rustic feel.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL. I had to undergo emergency transplant surgery and was not able to attend a friend's wedding. It was a week before the wedding when I cancelled and they refused to refund my money. Furthermore, I called and emailed several times to speak with the GM Jennifer Kim, and she has not ever even once returned a call or an email. Just bad business. This could have been resolved so easily with even a partial refund. I was hospitalized for crying out loud. Yet no one even called me or wrote back. I registered a complaint with local and state agencies. I hope she learns how to run a business. AVOID. NO STARS.

Sonja was amazing and made our stay exceptional. This place is very close to town too . Our townhouse was very clean and cozy . This was a great way to celebrate Valentines with a beautiful view of Lake George from our bed to the living room . I can’t wait to come back in the summer !
