Best Western Plus Lake Jackson Inn Suites

We liked everything about this hotel! Conveniently located, the facility is clean and well maintained, all staff we met were pleasant, and our room was spacious with comfy beds. The breakfast was good and enough to get our day started. We wanted to extend our stay one more day and our request was honored, no problem. We will be back!

They kicked me out by making me feel unwelcome after I complained on Dawn and her rude and inadequate service. Saturday and Sunday when I paid cash she had the hardest time printing my reciept and giving me my room key. They ate understaffed but this is ridiculous. I'm a level 7 Google local guide and I will also report to pissed consumer. The toilet broke. TV never worked since we checked in, rude staff and Kelly highlighting the same 2 reciepts I brought her was the last straw for me. I don't like my intelligence being insulted. I'm not a small town girl who didn't finish high school. The toilet had corrosion and had to be repaired the boy was in my room almost an hour fixing the broken TV that never worked since we checked in thursday...nothing worked they had outdated plugs no outlets to charge phone usb...KELLY ALSO MADE A FRAUDULENT UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ON MY CARD FRIDAY FOR $216, THEN $206 AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A RECIEPT FOR THIS THEY TOOK IT AWAY..ALL IN ONE OR TWO DAYS...VERY SNEAKY THEY ARE ALL LIARS AND LOW CLASS LOW BUDGET. YOU ARE NOT WORTH WHAT YOU ARE CHARGING WHEN THE ROOM WASNT CLEAN.

Great accommodations: squeaky clean room & bathroom, comfy bedding, a well-stocked breakfast with food options to please even the pickiest of eaters and super friendly, efficient staff - especially Adrian, who went above & beyond to solve a key issue for us. We’ll be back!

We are elderly couple. Stayed 3 nights during recent power outages in Houston. Staff went extra mile to make our stay most enjoyable. A big thank you.

Best Western Plus is an exceptional Hotel. It is consistent with being clean & sanitary. The beds are very comfortable. There are fridge & microwave in room and Keurig. There is always coffee and cappuccino machine in dining room available at all times With Snacks. Great exercise room and a nice pool to relax at. With nice pool furniture. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The full breakfast is always good. A nice variety of food. Fresh & Hot. I have never had any problems during my stay. So I return often. And the points that never expire is a Plus !! I highly recommend Best Western Plus !!

This is our favorite hotel to stay at while in Lake Jackson. The hotel grounds and rooms are well kept and the employees are very friendly and helpful. We stayed here Easter weekend and over all had a wonderful experience. Debbie at the front desk was by far the kindest and most helpful front desk attendant. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. We utilized the pool area. We were extremely disappointed that there was not a hot tub. But the whole pool area was beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom amenities were wonderful. The ac worked very well. The only reason we did not give this hotel a full 5 stars was the breakfast experience. We stayed two nights and didn't have one good experience at breakfast time. The first morning we came down around 9am and all of the food had run out. No yogurt, no fruit. No biscuits, no bacon or gravy, no milk juice was almost gone, no picante. And there weren't many people in the breakfast area. The breakfast attendant was trying her best to refill everything but you could tell she needed assistance. The whole time the front desk lady was sitting on her butt watching her. Once she refilled everything the food wasn't bad. So the next morning we got there around 8am. But we had the same experience. All the food was out and the attendant was rushing to get things refilled. And once again the front desk attendant was sitting at the desk doing nothing. Other than breakfast our experience at this hotel was lovely. We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel, we just will have to eat at IHOP next time.

This BW is pretty nice. The room was spacious and nicely decorated and best of all It was clean🤗. The lady that checked us in went above and beyond for us and that was greatly appreciated. Parking was plentiful and the area was pretty quiet even though it is right off the highway. There are places to eat that aren’t too far from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the breakfast. It’s pretty much like what all the rest BWs serve.
