I booked directly on 19 June 2025 for a stay in July. Once confirmed, a second email was sent with a link to complete this waiver (see photos) which, I believe, should be in their terms and conditions of booking PRIOR to completing the booking, as bookers should know they " HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS OF INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM MY USE OF THE PROPERTY, THE ACTIVITY AND/OR THE AMENITIES WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE OWNER OR OTHERWISE." Five days on and I am still waiting for all monies to be returned as I do not agree to accept negligence of the owner. A company representative stated in an email on 20 June: "I understand your concerns regarding the waiver. As per our policy, all refund requests are reviewed thoroughly. I have noted your request and will ensure it is reviewed promptly. We will get back to you with an update as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience."
