New patio with a new natural gas grill for cooking. The upper level has a 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. The main level includes 1 bedroom, one full bathroom with laundry, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cooking basics, toaster, blender, crockpot) and dining room. Pier has bumpers to tie up your boat, a bench and ladder to get in and out of the water. Lake Ripley has a no wake from 7:30 pm to 11:00 a.m. for you to enjoy calm waters for paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. The driveway can hold 5-6 vehicles and has a basketball hoop. Also included is a detached 1 car garage with 2 kayaks, 2 paddle board and some life jackets for use during your stay. The Host lives in town and you can relax knowing if anything is off about your stay, it can be addressed easily.
