Head upstairs and you'll find four private bedrooms, with a fifth downstairs. There’s plenty of space for the whole crew. Sleeping arrangements are super flexible: • Main Suite: King bed, twin bed + extra twin roll-away • Bedroom 2: Queen bed • Bedroom 3: Twin over twin bunk + queen bed • Bedroom 4: King bed + twin over twin bunk bed • Bedroom 5 (downstairs): King bed Every bedroom has its own Smart TV and ample storage, so you’ll feel settled in no time. There's an extra full bathroom upstairs, too, with a tub/shower combo. Now, the backyard? It can’t be beat! A pool that can be heated (yes, even in winter), waterslide, hot tub, tiki bar, BBQ grill, shaded outdoor dining, fire pit, playground, and space to serve up a volleyball or badminton match. Add in an outdoor TV, garage gym, and ping pong, and you've got something for everyone. Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces. • The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round • This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night. • Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking).
