Great stay! Has a very nice bar and restaurant at the bottom! City centre, close to castle and station.

Stayed here on a Saturday as seeing family in Morecambe, Excellent location to the town and Train Station, On arrival Reception helpful and friendly and we upgraded to the breakfast for £10 PP for the morning. We booked a family room and this was probably the biggest family room I have stayed in. There is a lift, but in keeping with the building this is a gate shut lift, so be prepared, I quite like it as it gave character to the hotel. Our room was dated and a little grubby, but they are renovation happening and our room was one to be renovated. They have a small bar and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. We had lunch in the restaurant for 4 people plus drinks and we then retired to the bar area for a couple hours and the bill was just over £30 per person, which I think was very reasonable, considering the many cocktails I had ! The meal was lovely and decent portions. We would definitely stay here a again when visiting family. 10/10

This is my second stay here and since my first not a lot has changed, other than ownership. You would be forgiven for describing the Royal Kings Arms as “tired”, but as it retains many original features, and further improvements would detract from the very characteristics which make it such a pleasant hotel. The staff are friendly but professional and courteous. Whilst service at breakfast could be quicker, personally I like the relaxed pace. Breakfast is a mixture of continental buffet style and fresh cooked to order. It is of excellent quality too! The location is perfect. Less than five minutes from the rail station and across just one road to the pedestrianised city centre. I will definitely be staying here again and have absolutely no hesitation in strongly recommending this as a perfect base for exploring the area.

It’s good.

Service was really good. On arrival we were told to have an upgraded room with a view of the Lancaster castle. Staff were very friendly. Location was absolutely central and convenient for shopping, restaurants and the train station.

小城中心，近步行街和城堡，酒店對面有家地窖餐廳很不錯哇，酒店自己的餐廳也很好。

入住時發現安全鎖沒鐵鏈，桌子和床頭櫃上是沒打掃的果糖袋子，很明顯是沒打掃就讓人入住了。由於晚上十點多太困了就勉強接受住下了。之後反映給酒店，酒店沒有絲毫歉意，反而責怪我入住的時候沒提出來。

很破舊，衞生情況也堪憂，如果想體驗這種老酒店可以試一下

在蘭卡鎮上感覺還不錯，環境很好，還體檢了一把手動開關門的老式電梯
