Booked 6 rooms for business but only used 4, every room was clean and habitable. No complaints from myself or staff who stayed with me everything was clean and comfortable. Rooms were cheap and cheerful no complaints from myself or my staff.

Don’t even know where to start….. The place was disgusting,dirty and a proper s@it hole.you have to wipe your feet on the way out,it stank of mould and stale fags,walked in and turned straight around,AVOID at all costs,and don’t know how they can can even rent the rooms out.🤢🤢🤢🤢

Absolutely disgusting place it’s filthy wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there and looking at other people photos with the bites glad we left. Had crawling things in and up the toilet, someone else’s sanitary things in the bin. Filth filth filth

The place was dirty, floor was not clean. I asked for the first room to be cleaned, it was still in a poor standard. Second room was also not clean. The staff were understanding and did try and find me a better room. Manager said cheap price low standards. Did not stay the night

Stopped here as had a meeting. I think a hostel would have been cleaner. Very smelly bedding. Unfortunately I had no choice but to stay as I arrived very late in the evening. The photos speak for themselves. And yes, that is a dead worm on the bathroom floor. Apprently they have also changed the name of the business. I can only assume it’s to hide from all the previous bad reviews. Breakfast was a single plastic chair and bread and butter. Not that I would have eaten there. The place needs to be shut down.

1 night disaster in Cambridge. BED BUGS and ANTS, don't stay here. We were willing to forgive the tiny ants crawling over our beds but coming up with bed bug bites was not nice! Please do not, this place was horrible!

This is a disgusting, dirty hotel. We woke up in a bed of ants and now have come up in bed bug bites. I will attach a photo. The breakfast is dirty, dishes unwashed. Do not stay here as BED BUGS are unpleasant and can spread to your home. We are very upset and disappointed.
