Dịch vụ đúng chuẩn 5*. Nhân viên lịch sự, nhiệt tình, chu đáo. Mặc dù buffet sáng chưa đa dạng nhưng dịch vụ phần nhiều là quá xuất sắc trong tầm giá. Hầu như là sự lựa chọn đầu tiên khi viếng thăm Lạng Sơn.

숙소 깨끗함. 식당 조식 처참함. 다른건 불만없음. 단 위치가 다른곳으로 이동하기엔 애매한 위치에 있으며 교통편이 약간 불편함

A good 5 stars hotel, right central, good staffs… huge piscine, good breakfast, conference big enough for event…love this hottel and will be back. Recommend for my clients.

đây là một khách sạn bốn sao tại lạng sơn có đầy đủ bể bơi và phòng tập gym. khách sạn này nằm n*** thu trung tâm của thành phố lạng sơn, vì vậy rất tiện di chuyển khách sạn có bữa sáng khá đa dạng, có hai khu toà nhà cũ và mới. ở khu mới phù hợp với giá tiền ở khu cũ hơi cao so với giá tiền từng phòng. số lượng phòng ở đây khá nhiều tuy nhiên tại sảnh lễ tân bảo vệ vẫn cho khách hút thuốc đi vào trong sảnh, vì thế sảnh có mùi rất khó chịu do có quá nhiều người hút thuốc lá. cần có biển chỉ dẫn từ quầy lễ tân vào các khu bởi vì đường đi rất là khó tìm. ở đây không có dịch vụ xe đón tiễn sân bay và không có dịch vụ thuê xe tự lái.
