What a beautiful couple. Tannie Jacky en Oom Barends. Great service and hospitality. Wonderful hot breakfast. The rooms are so beautiful filled with lavender and encouraging scriptures. The room is setup nicely in case of load shedding and it was just a goods nice rest.

Barend and Jacqualine were excellent hosts. Very friendly and helpful. They went that extra mile to accomadate us. The breakfast was excellent. I will recommend Makarios to anyone looking to stay in Langebaan. Thank you Barend and Jacqualine we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Jacky and husband for your excellent welcomed stay and you people are excellent host and hostess. Thank you very much and we loved our room and for that extra love with breakfast. We enjoyed every moment and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from breakfast room amazing. Keep going like you do and very best for festive season

Very neat premises, Lovely room and facilities. Interleading door to Breakfast lounge. Choice of being seated indoors or outside under a open roofed verandah facing the golf course. Lovely breakfast served and food was freshly prepared by our host Jaqueline as you are seated. Very friendly hosts, interact a lot with guests and we even got a message while on the road road to ask if we were travelling safely.

We stayed for 1 night, as part of a 26 day tour, and enjoyed our accommodation. The facilities, amenities and service were all good and comprehensive, and although brief, we enjoyed our stay overall. The breakfast packs were impressive, which we really appreciated.

We think our rating says it all! It was a very pleasant surprise to find this place with its friendly hosts, beautiful rooms with everything you need. Breakfast was plenty and good, sitting outside where we could see the bokkies feeding on the grass of the golf course. Both of us enjoyed our stay.

We almost couldn't believe the reasonable price for accommodation including breakfast! Rooms were lovely and perfectly maintained, super clean and breakfast was divine. The owners were also really friendly and helpful, making us feel really at home The only suggestion for improvement would be the wifi - our 10 year old son is very dependent on this :)

The venue cancelled our booking the day before arrival after full payment and fully confirming arrival time etc. the day before. They put us up in another place which was a concrete block - the opposite of what we like!
