This exclusive apartment was completed in March 2016 and a high standard. In just 5 minutes walk from the train station you arrive at this upper apartment on the top floor of a 4-family house in a quiet location. The beach is also just 5 minutes. The open living-dining area with a nice round dining table with 4 chairs, a large sofa, an armchair and a desk area with 2 bar stools and access to the approximately 30 m² large sun roof terrace was designed attractive.
