Langfang New Sunrise Suite Holiday Inn & Suites recensioner

Just amazing! Wonderful hotel, very kind staffs, nice pool, so comfortable room. Plan to come back to have a relax time as soon as possible.

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at "Holiday Inn Langfang", this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service "a lack of service", being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the "Suites" section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The "suite" has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an "International Brand", hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from "Allen", whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we got an upgrade for free in a wonderful suite! The room had all the amenities, bathtub included. The breakfast was varied and had a good quality

My family and I had an amazing stay at the hotel. From the warm greetings and helpfulness at reception until our last day. At first we were not sure that the hotel could provide our special request of a crib in the room, however the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Grace the manager assigned to us, was able to arrange a crib and bathtub as requested, and helped with things that really made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We had a very good, clean and spacious room and were able to cool off at the pool. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff that gave us a very pleasant stay.

Good coffee at the breakfast, check-in took ages, the room was perfect.

這次入住體驗堪稱滿分！從踏入酒店的瞬間，熱情的前台工作人員小王，小劉，小賴，小楊就用温暖笑容和專業服務讓人倍感舒心。房間佈置簡約又不失格調，床品柔軟親膚。早餐種類豐富到讓人驚喜，中西式美食、現做檔口應有盡有，口味絲毫不輸星級餐廳。最讓我感動的是細節服務，離店時發現落下充電器，工作人員立刻聯繫並幫忙寄回。無論是環境、設施還是服務，都無可挑剔，下次來還會首選這裏！

位置不錯，距離商場後面就隔了幾步。 停車方便。 設施有點老，雖説都有雙水盆，但是兩間房中一間房，兩個不好用，一間房一個不好用。 9:20到的早餐什麼都沒有（圖1），都是人，沒有人維持秩序，看門口這位大哥（ 圖2），就在那裡直接吃上了。沒什麼大的接待能力就別出這麼多的帶早餐的房。沒有任何致歉，反正早餐無福享受。

套房房間大，設備較齊全，除了一些小的如浴帽之類的刮鬍刀之類的沒有之外，其他大件的設施是很齊全的。距離新朝陽購物商場、紅樓幻劇城的地方也很近。總體來説是很值得入住的。

這次出行住到了一家超級棒的酒店，必須給大家安利一波！ 一踏入酒店大堂眼前一亮，暖色調燈光搭配精緻擺件，氛圍感拉滿，前台工作人員菁菁，小明，欣悦熱情又專業，快速幫我辦理好入住，還貼心推薦周邊好玩的地方。 房間更是驚艷，空間寬敞，床品柔軟舒適，一躺下就像被雲朵包裹，睡得超香！浴室乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質也很好。 酒店的早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，新鮮現做的雲吞一口下去超滿足。健身房器材齊全，閑暇時還能去鍛鍊。位置也超讚，周邊交通便利，離熱門景點和商場都很近。這次入住體驗滿分，下次出行還選這兒！

房型特別適合兩娃、很寬敞，設施比較新。早餐雖然不是品種很多但是味道不錯！酒店不舊，房間衞生一般吧、因為有的地方有灰塵（這個不直接接觸使用就也還好）、但是浴缸裏面有明顯的污漬哇哈哈、下午四點半到的等了一會兒才拿到房間、看得出前台小夥子挺替顧客着急的……。酒店的位置吃飯很方便了、性價比是可以的
