Perfect hotel. No need many words. Everything is perfect. The only drawback of this hotel is its far from beach. Need take a ride to get to the beach.

I’m currently on an anniversary trip, and I must say, this hotel has truly exceeded my expectations. The room is incredibly spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The facilities are excellent, and I’m grateful to the hotel for fulfilling my special request for room decoration. All the staff have been exceptionally kind and attentive, and the food is absolutely delicious. Thank you for making this experience so memorable!

Love the room. Very big and nice room. Nice view too. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. Will recommend to my friends and family.

Very spacious room, comfortable to sleep and is near to a lot of restaurants and food stalls.the breakfast is also quite nice however the breakfast choices are just average.swimming pool looks amazing at night,view at jacuzzi is AWESOME the balcony view also nice.

The hotel is very clean, everything looks new, the staff has an amazing service. They all speak English. Breakfast is great 👍. The only minus is that there is a construction going on next to the path to the sea. But other than, everything is great 😃. There is a rooftop area with an amazing view and a swimming pool bar. The attention is perfect!

Room is clean and spacious, friendly staff and we can book a buggy to bring us to the beach n back. We came in the morning and put our luggages and staff even asked if we needed to use the restroom/ changing room prior check in.

The room was spacious with a lovely view, and the bed was comfortable. However, it certainly didn’t look like a new hotel that’s been open for 12 months. The flooring, wardrobes and bathroom were tarnished and looked cheap. The grouting was yellow. However, it was still a relatively pleasant experience, albeit below expectations. Breakfast was standard, nothing special. Pool area was really lovely. Location is a strange one, a few minutes away from the beach, however it’s pretty quite around hotel. Also I was confronted by a pack of stray dogs about 150m from hotel, which put a damper on my stay. The lively town was 1.2 miles away.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel The location is great, you can walk 5min, or ask staff to give you a ride for free to the beach ⛱️ Buffet breakfast was delicious and had so many options the rooftop pool was amazing as well👍

Room was okay and clean. Don't follow GPS as it led us to the old entrance which was closed. Good stay! Can see beach view from room

For a 5 star hotel we expect more from The Riyaz. We paid to enjoy a 5 star experience but did not get that. We came early to check in and leave our bags and went for lunch. We understand the rooms aren't ready yet but after finishing lunch and returning to the hotel, no rooms is ready yet.. many of us are left stranded and sitting in the lobby area, some even sleeping there waiting for our room. We came to check in at 12+noon and we are only given our room at 3:15pm. We waited at the lobby more than 1.5hours for our room. The hospitality that is given by the hotel management is just the bare minimum. I saw there is a whole stack of check in papers there waiting to be checked in. They should gradually start to let guest check in once there are rooms cleaned up and ready for new guests instead of letting guests stranded at the lobby. The water in the jacuzzi on the rooftop pool is cold, not warm. On the day of checkout, the housekeeping come and disturb us at 11:30am.. we know our checkout time is at 12noon and we already checked in late, then they come and make sure we check out early.. really wasn't what we paid for.

1. Water heater is not heated up, mechanical respond is fast. Aircon is not will function 2. Bed frame is not stable and the sound insulation is bad. You can heard people walking at corridor 3. Front desks is not helpful , only 1 of them ( I think the name is yana/ liya) giving the good service. 4. Roof top bar is very good and friendly staff. Amenity at roof top also well maintain However, only will visit the roof top bar again only. Won’t be staying here next time

Good place good location and good service good view good food

We booked junior suite .Stay was nice room is also good however the request sent to hotel was not fulfilled.We stayed 3 nights and returned for high floor and informed them that it was our wedding month but no initiative taken from the hotel side. Otherwise stay is ok very near to beach .
