Cenang Plaza Beach Hotel

Absolutely not worth it. There were ants everywhere in the roo,even in the bed. The mini fridge wasn’t working, and I asked three times for it to be fixed and for a solution to the ant problem. Each time, the staff member simply said, “I’m sorry, I’ll ask them to fix it,” but nothing was ever done. At checkout, I explained how disappointed we were, but the only response I got was, “I’ll inform the supervisor.” No action, no apology, no gesture to make up for our experience. The breakfast was another nightmare. It’s served in an external café with very limited options, and worst of all, the quality is terrible. Check the photos—you’ll see what I mean. The bread was old, and the eggs were soaked in oil. A big disappointment. I regret every single dollar I spent here. Completely disrespectful to guests.

We arrived quite early and requested to keep our luggages in the luggage room. Instead, the concierge staff said our room is ready. Thank you so much for early check. Hotel near eateries and beach. We really had a pleasant stay there and will definitely stay again in the near future.

Good as in location and the service of front liner is very good

Great location hotel. Just one step to cenang beach. Second time stat the hotel. Definitely will come back again.

It was beach facing room but, the trees block the beach view. The room was more than suitable for business stay. The front desk allowed me to store my luggage before checking in. However, I find that the shower drain is kind of clogged and water then to pull up when showering. Room 207 occupants were kind of noisy on Monday 21/10 morning chatting loudly after morning prayer.
