Golvet i det första rummet brändes av cigaretter och var så fult och äckligt så vi bad om att få byta rum omedelbart. Den andra bara en stol brändes av cigaretter så vi tog bort den men den var inte ren @ allt så det tar mig en halvtimme att rengöra den innan jag kan sova eftersom jag var så trött på en hel dag med turistaktiviteter Vi har varit två gånger på detta hotell tidigare och var så glada så det var därför vi bestämde oss för att komma hit igen för att avsluta vår resa. I detta sammanhang ber vi att kolla in nästa och det accepterades utan förlust av pengar. Jag är ledsen att jag inte kan rekommendera denna plats längre på grund av bristande renlighet.

I am staying at 7th floor, the window is loose, can hear the sound of the wind blowing, and is strong. Hope the management can do some improvement for this issue

The hotel is situated in a quiet area of the island. You'll need a car or taxi to go to more lively parts of Langkawi. The breakfast at the hotel is just average and not very tasty. The room is spacious but it's old. The tv is small, the iron is old and half burnt and the bathroom smells bad. The AC is noisy at night. The staff are friendly but they're not trained well in hospitality. They can't even make the bed properly as you see in the pictures. The room description says there's shampoo and soap and body wash but there's only one washing liquid as shown in the picture.

Old design and no have toothbrush and toothpaste. Cleanliness ok... still can stay...

Perfect place for family stay. Near to main town. Close to shops, petrol station and all other attractions. Swimming pools were superb. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was so nice and healthy. My kids love this hotel

Hotel was okay it’s just that some of the amenities like the shower was not working well.
