It was very relaxing and the hospitality was good

Pros: Service was superb! We were greeted with a smile at every touch point and the staff were incredibly proactive. The buffet spread was also amazing. Loved the butler and pressing service too. Cons: The facilities were a little limited and there weren’t a lot of waves at the beach in general although it is a very wide one. Apart from that, the look and feel is also a bit more corporate. But overall, we had a good stay!

Room was spacious and clean! Good service from staff and the private beach is peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast spread is good too. Do check if anything is missing from the room, as it caught me by surprise when they asked me for the conditioner bottle after I checked out, which I did not see upon check in. Overall, a good stay

Our room has an overall view of the scenery! Beautiful! Hotel is luxury. Overall satisfied with stay!

Booked the sunset villa. Overall service at check in/ reception was averagely ok only , as expected of a 5 star resort. But was nothing extraordinary as compared to some of the 5stars resorts we’ve been. Service at both restaurants was good tho. And for the first time at a 5star hotel, a later checkout timing as per request wasn’t accorded. (1 hr isn’t too much right?) Put on request during check in for only 1 hr later due to flight but no follow up action after and I had to ask again. Was given only 1/2 hr in the end. I know it’s subjected to availability, but still…. (1hr? Not 2 or 3) . Butler service was convenient and appreciated.

Had a great stay in st regis langkawi. From the moment I step into the hotel till check out everything was exceptional! Breakfast spread was great especially with the king prawn omelette. They no more serve the lobster omelette, which is a letdown. Otherwise great hospitality, a special shoutout to Hameed on the frontdesk, buttler Azman and the head chef Mr Syafiffi who was very kind and friendly. Will come back definitely!

My stay at the St. Regis Langkawi was underwhelming. Despite the high price tag, the room was average at best, with outdated decor and amenities. The service was lacking, with slow response times and a lack of attention to detail. I arrived with my guests for a short 3 days 2 nights getaway. It started when we arrived we were told the hotel is experiencing high occupancy and was told to wait till it was past check-in time for check in. We were also told to check daily with the concierge to see if we could get a late checkout. We booked 3 rooms but in the end only 2 were granted the request. I was told to wait at a meeting room while waiting for my guests from the other 2 rooms which I rejected. After repeated requests with the concierge the manager stepped in and put us at another room with default while waiting for our guests. The breakfast staffs were excellent and prompt in delivering world class service. However the dining options were overpriced and the overall atmosphere felt impersonal. I expected more from a luxury hotel like the St. Regis, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. I told the manager that I might not consider St Regis Langkawi again.

Service: great service from the time you step into this hotel and check-in and check-out experience is smooth. Resturant: kudos to Gary and Ferlaini for their excellent and detailed services. Butlers: The 24-hour butler service absolutely amazing and you have 6 cups of free coffee and teas every day. The staff Dorcas is always helpful in providing services to us.

The room was what you’d expect of a 5- star property. Great views and seclusion. Although older, you can see the suite has been maintained and touched up as needed to keep with expectations. Special acknowledgement must be made of the staff and their excellent service standards. Everyone we met was very welcoming, warm and helpful- which is what makes a holiday even more enjoyable

My husband and I spent 4D3N at this Sunset Villa to celebrate our birthday month and it was not enough! Butler service was excellent. The room was very spacious for the 2 of us, clean and the view from the room was phenomenal. Breakfast choices were great, although some dishes tasted good while some were a miss but we enjoyed it, nonetheless. What we ordered for in-room dining was great too! The only thing which was a bummer was that there was something wrong with the toilet flush and it occured during the last 2 days of our stay. However, they came to get it rectified as soon as I reported it. Although the flush gave us problems again on the last day, I would still like to compliment on their prompt and professional service on attempting to get it fixed. All the staff there were friendly from the butlers, the buggy drivers to the F&B staff. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to book a stay there again for our anniversary this October!

This was an incredible hotel. The service was exquisite and the setting is so beautiful. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond. We did a kayak tour to a local shipwreck and secret cove.

Perfect stay at St Regis with the excellent location by the beach which was super clean and scenic. Butler service was great as well. Breakfast was amazing with a good variety of choices to choose. Room was amazing too with the view and amenities provided. Valet service too was provided.

This is a very beautiful beach side resort nearby a small town with some local delicious food options. Rooms are very spacious and have great comfort. Luckily we got the room with the large balcony as featured in the picture I also checked out their St Regis Suite but I prefer the standard seaview room. The Standard Room has direct and unobstructed seaview whereas the St Regis Suites have only partial seaview and feel smaller due to the separate living room and bedroom. Service was very friendly and extremely helpful eventhough sometimes lack professionalism. Anyhow I prefer it this way as it becomes more casual and genuine. I have also checked out other resorts on the island but I would definitely come back to this one again. Highly recommend to visit!
