We Hotel Langkawi recensioner

I am pleasantly surprised at the location - near to MAHA Tower, surrounded by makan shops like Old Town Coffee, seafood restaurants, mamak restaurant and a pharmacy next door. One can easily get a Grab to Langkawi Fair Mall , HIG Complex , pasar malam on Wed night nearby. Showers are a bit slow, no hair shampoo or bath gel provided, only 2 small soap bars per day. Perhaps the hotel should take note of this and improve.

Booked double room seaview, got MAHA tower view which was just a few meters away but there's a new building under construction that block the seaview from the room. Location was good, can get breakfast for RM9.90 per pax through hotel's counter. Basic toiletries amenities, hot shower, kettle, 3-in-1 coffee and complimentary cookies in the room. Just that the room was quite small (sempit), but they provide surau so you can pray there. Iron facilities at the corridor. No water dispenser provided. Ample parking available but you have to pay for parking by flexi app if you park by 8.00am to 5.00pm. Other times, it's free.

Everything is good. except for the room smelled a lil bit but had a pleasant stay there.

Service is excellent... asked when checking in about motorbike rentals and they have the contact right on their fingertips. Check-in was efficient and clear too. So was check-out. Room wise could be better... there were packets of instant coffee and cups... but no kettle... how to make?? haha. Facilities is pretty basic but ok for short stay. Overall pretty value for money.... Old Town Coffee downstairs, and more eateries across the road. Maha Tower behind the hotel as well. Night Bazar there. If you can walk further (20-30mins), there are good seafood restaurants too. Also walkable to Eagle Square. Else, best to get your own transport or Grab to other parts of Langkawi.

Bed with dust seem like not well cleaned other then that all perfect just need parking app to park and food u have oldtown and hotel give discount coupon my second time stay in 1 year

The location of We Hotel Langkawi is excellent. It is near many good dining spots, duty free shops and just in front of Maha Tower with a good sea view nearby. Purely from my recent personal experience, the service quality is acceptable if you are not too fussy. It is decent enough for a budget stay in Kuah Town without burning your pockets. However, bear in mind that you have to bring along your own tooth paste, shampoo, tooth brush and/or hair dryer as the hotel does not provide such toiletries for you. Occasionally, if you are "lucky" enough, you may also spot some baby cockroaches in the bathroom or near your bed. Hotel has to carry out pest control measures to eliminate this problem so as to improve the level of hygiene and cleanliness.

Good place for holidays. Very near Maha tower for snap picture and near food stall.

No shampoo, only soap. The washroom basin is also a bit clogged. Outside the washroom, there are mosaic tiles that are somewhat slippery and dangerous. My kids fell due to the wet floor when we came out of the washroom. And no fridge.

Good location, but a very small rooms. the AC was not working properly. the corridors are smelly.

Everything ok, strategic location, but 1 things need to be improve is their bed. I think it's a time for theme to change their mattress due to condition already out. The rest is just fine.

+ : Room was comfortable, with everything I needed: comfy bed, hot water and aircon. Unfortunately, there were no window (budget room). Location is somewhat okay, Kuah Night Market and ferry port are within the walkable distance. Staff is absolutely adorable and welcoming. - : Check-in time is unreasonably late, I needed some rest before catching my flight and I had to wait for quite some time. Weird 50RM room deposit. There are some eerie noises coming from the bathroom (could be pipes or something). Also I could hear the nearby construction/renovation, it was rather annoying (May 2024)
