1. The hotel facilities are very old and completely inconsistent with the pictures. Please see the pictures for details. Staff are friendly. Location is great, walking distance to a lot of duty free shop and in front is beach. Pillow too soft, no slippers. Lift need some maintenance

Royal Agate Beach Resort is super good located, right in the middle of the market on Pantai Cenang. The hotel itself is a comfortable , big and clean hotel but nothing luxury. Slightly expensive during my booking during LIMA celebration festival. Breakfast is a decent fare. The best thing about the hotel is the location.
