Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang recensioner

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel Langkawi for 3 days and 2 nights, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! This is my second time staying here, and it’s always my first choice whenever I visit Langkawi. The room amenities, environment, and overall condition of the hotel were superb. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay truly relaxing. One area of improvement would be the check-in process, as I had to wait until 4:30 PM for my room to be ready. However, the staff were very apologetic and handled the situation professionally. As a kind gesture, they offered me a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. It definitely made up for the delay and even got me more excited about my stay. Well done, Mercure Hotel! Your service and hospitality continue to impress me. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying again in the future.

The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast is not that great. They have the varieties but the taste of the food is mediocre. Could be better!

Convenient location, clean and beautiful room, there is a pool and sun beds, friendly staff.

Awesome location. Near to beach, cafe, and Cenang Mall. Hotel gave complimentary drinks. Repeated stays here while traveling for business.

A perfectly situated hotel very close to the beach and restaurants/cafes. The rooms are spacious and the pool & bar area are very nice. The pool is a good size and there are a decent amount of sun loungers but you have to get up very early to secure one in the morning. We managed to get one in the afternoons pretty easily. Overall a great choice if you are staying in Pentai Cenang area and dare I say the only choice.

Near to e beach.. 3mins walk.. the good thing if you are driving, there is an allocated carpark beside e hotel.. so u dont haf to tink where to park your car!! Very convenient location, just behing cenang mall.

Friendly staffs. However, towels are old and torn. Should not ask customers to put towels to be cleaned on the floor.

This hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are well-equipped. Great value for money. Highly recommended!! Our will choose this Mercure Hotel again next time.🤩🥰

Rooms smelt mouldy, fridge did not work properly, check in was at 3pm our room wasn't ready until 4pm , coffee machine at breakfast was not working.

Overall is ok.

excellent location, room cleanliness need improvement as housekeeping clean room only in evening + aircond is not cooling under the hot weather.
