A locally run small hotel directly on a lovely beach affording great views from all rooms. The rooms are basically furnished but with all hanger and draw space you'd need the room being very clean with good a/c, tv we didn't try, tea and coffee facilities, fridge and hair dryer. The WiFi available at reception doesn't extend to the rooms. Breakfast is available for an additional charge, 10 Ringgit €2 for scrambled egg or omelette and 2 thin slices of toast with barely enough butter and jam. Coffee extra 5 or tea 1 Ringgit. Not really a sufficient to start the day it would be better to have larger choices for a few Ringgit more. While the car park at the rear has building material and there are disappointingly no sun beds anywhere you can forgive these things at this price point for the lovely beach viewed from the seats directly outside your door. I would certainly stay here again. For lunch or dinner there is a very good restaurant just next door, the Scarborough is particularly recommended.

Best location on Tanjung Rhu beach. Excellent room service, friendly owners, large room. The room has air conditioning and large beds. Chairs outside on your own patio. There is a small fridge and a kettle in the room and hotel can make breakfast if desired.

This place place so beautiful and even beach are so clean even the service are so kind and always smile this is the perfect homestay. The bed is very comfortable I’m stay homestay with my grandma. The food is very delicious there’s have nasi lemak, bihun goreng, fried rice, and fried noodles. there’s have a lot of beverages like coffee, tea, milk, juice, and water.

My family chose this place because of the vicinity to the beach, the beach is in very short walking distance from the room, there are abundance of restaurant within walking distance from the residence, very big room (2 king's bed) for family room.

We were at Labu Labi for a wedding, where the entire property was rented out to us. This made the experience very positive. Rooms are equipped with all necessities, clean bathroom, great Ac and Fan. View and access of the sea right at the door step. Food was good too and friendly staff! For a budget hotel a really great place to stay with friends.

Me and my wife hosted a small scale wedding at Labu Labi Residence. It was a perfect choice. We could have our intimate dream wedding right at the beach. All our guests, including us, lived directly at the beach with just a few meters to the ocean. The rooms were clean and had all necessary things you need. The owners were very kind and helpful. They made our big moment smoothless and nice. The food was also good and very well-priced. I recommend Labu Labi Residence to normal holiday stayers as well as people who want to host larger events, such as weddings.
